★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço e atendimento do consultório e ótimo porém, fui colocada pra fora porque não pode entrar moto no estacionamento, não tinha placa nenhuma falando isso quando entrei tirei o tic e quando estacionei fui barrada e falaram pra eu retirar a moto e tomaram o tick da minha mão foi um constrangimento imenso todo mundo olhando.
 The office space and service is great, however, I was put out because the motorcycle cannot enter the parking lot, there was no sign saying this when I entered I took the tick and when I parked I was stopped and told to remove the motorcycle and took the tick of the my hand was a huge embarrassment everyone watching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr kristopherson reumatologista é Péssimo! Entrei com queixa de burcite e sai com diagnóstico de fibromialgia. Exame físico extremamente agressivo. Apertou em alguns pontos com tanta força que me deixou com hematomas, e isso tudo sem sequer perguntar meu histórico clínico.
Zero ética! Enquanto eu estava aguardando minha vez, médico saiu do consultório e com um paciente e formou um confronto entre paciente e recepção devido a uma suposta "desinformação" a respeito de uma consulta particular, ficou completamente descontrolada.
Conversando com outra paciente que tbm estava aguardando, ela fez o seguinte comentário: "ele me diagnosticou com fibromialgia, quando eu fui perguntar o que era, ele disse pra eu procurar no Google".
Atendentes tem um local de trabalho COMPLETAMENTE insalubre, é obvio que não prestariam um serviço adequado, telefone não para, recepção menos ainda. É muita coisa pra pouca gente e péssimas condições.
NAO RECOMENDO PRA NINGUÉM!
Dr kristopherson rheumatologist is Terrible! I came in with a complaint of burritis and came out with a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. Extremely aggressive physical examination. It squeezed in places so hard it left me bruised, and that's all without even asking my medical history.
Zero ethics! While I was waiting my turn, a doctor came out of the office and with a patient and formed a confrontation between patient and reception due to an alleged "misinformation" regarding a private appointment, it got completely out of control.
Talking to another patient who was also waiting, she made the following comment: "he diagnosed me with fibromyalgia, when I asked what it was, he told me to Google it".
Attendants have a COMPLETELY unhealthy workplace, of course they would not provide adequate service, telephones do not stop, reception even less so. It's a lot for few people and terrible conditions.
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!

HORRIBLE!! YOU DON'T ANSWER ON TIME, YOU ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES LATE TO 9AM, YOU ARRIVE STILL THEY DIDN'T CALL EVEN THE 8:45 AND THEY PUT YOU TO 11:15 SAID HE WILL CALL ON TIME, BUT DON'T CALL!! TERRIBLE LOGISTICS!!!! THE DOCTOR ATTENDS YOU DOESN'T ASK OR A COMPLETE EXAMINATION, THE PERSON IS DYING OF PAIN!! INHUMAN!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente eu não consigo contato só dá ocupado e quando atende vai pra fila de espera e vai a ligação, e pior a Dra Margarida neuropediatra que até de pelo Hapvida é estrela pq vc liga e tem um dia específico que ela abre a agenda pra não sei quando poder atender... Aí no dia que mandam vc ligar não atendem kkkkk é ri pra não chorar não sei qual pior se essa clínica ou Hapvida
I just can't get in touch, it's just busy and when it answers, it goes to the queue and the call goes, and worse Dr Margarida neuropediatrician who even has Hapvida is a star because you call and there's a specific day she opens the agenda so I don't know when you can answer... Then on the day they tell you to call they don't answer kkkkk it's laugh so you don't cry I don't know which worse if this clinic or Hapvida

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já faz dois dias que tento entrar em contato com essa clinica pata marcar uma consulta e não tenho retorno. Não respondem no zap. Não atendem, e quando atendem colocam a chamada em espera. Que falta de respeito com o paciente.
I've been trying to get in touch with this clinic for two days now to make an appointment and I haven't heard back. They don't respond on zap. They don't answer, and when they answer, they put the call on hold. What a lack of respect for the patient.
