TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BY PHONE, IT WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE, I WAS 40 MINUTES ON THE LINE AND JUST WAITING WITH SUPER CHAT MUSIC. I FIND A LACK OF RESPECT WITH THE CUSTOMER.
