★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao meu ver, o atendimento começa desde a recepção, coisa que não se têm, pois você será atendido por uma pessoa que é tudo menos recepcionista! Mal olha na sua cara, não lhe explica nada, como por exemplo onde é a sala, pois a recepção é afastado dos consultórios.
Por se tratar de uma clínica de saúde mental, esperava um espaço acolhedor, mesmo as vezes tendo esse lado na parte da consulta individualizada. Mas a primeira experiência ao ser atendido pela recepcionista, da tarde, faz você desistir ate da consulta!
In my opinion, the service starts from the reception, something that you don't have, because you will be attended by a person who is anything but a receptionist! As soon as he looks you in the face, he doesn't explain anything to you, such as where the room is, as the reception is removed from the offices.
As it is a mental health clinic, I expected a welcoming space, even though I sometimes have that side in the individualized consultation. But the first experience when being attended by the receptionist, in the afternoon, makes you even give up the consultation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eu estava sendo acompanhada pela psicóloga Janaína presencialmente, mas minha cachorra adoeceu e eu não posso sair mais de casa, falei a psicóloga que infelizmente não poderia mais ser atendida por ela, e que minha cachorra era prioridade agora, agradeci pelas sessões que me ajudaram, mas ela visualizou meu áudio e não me respondeu. eu fiquei completamente triste, senti falta de empatia nesse momento tão difícil pra mim, como se a consideração por situações só valessem se eu tivesse pagando por uma sessão.
I was being accompanied by the psychologist Janaína in person, but my dog got sick and I can't leave the house anymore, I told the psychologist that unfortunately I could no longer be seen by her, and that my dog was a priority now, I thanked her for the sessions that helped me, but she viewed my audio and didn't answer me. I was completely sad, I felt a lack of empathy in this very difficult moment for me, as if the consideration for situations would only be valid if I had been paying for a session.
