150 reais sĂł pra ouvir ele falar que uma bota de gesso nĂŁo corrigi,aonde outros mĂ©dicos falaram que o inĂcio era isso mesmo o gesso pra pĂ© congĂȘnito, e falando logo no valor da cirurgia que profissional de saĂșde Ă© esse.
Não indico ninguém a esse tal médico.
This doctor, Dr. Bismarck, was super arrogant, prejudiced, calling the child a clubfoot, demanding to know if the treatment was going to start and end with him.
150 reais just to hear him say that a plaster boot didnât correct, where other doctors said that the beginning was exactly the plaster for congenital foot, and talking about the value of the surgery that this health professional is.
I don't recommend anyone to this doctor.

â â â â â Fui com dor no ciĂĄtico, fiz raio x ( que sĂł vĂȘ isso) tomei a medicação e nĂŁo passou a dor. No retorno, disse que ainda continua a dor e mais injeçÔes e fisioterapia que Ă© gelo, luz e eletroterapia. Sendo que gelo nĂŁo tira o nĂł inflamado e sim uma liberação muscular.

â â â â â DiscrepĂąncia entre os horĂĄrios divulgados nas mĂdias de comunicação da clĂnica e os horĂĄrios reais de atendimento dos mĂ©dicos, fazendo de besta o paciente. AlĂ©m disso, assim como diversos outros lugares, nos fazem esperar 3/4h para sermos atendidos, perdendo muitas vezes um turno inteiro na clĂnica, deixando outros compromissos para estarmos Ă disposição deles. Profissionais de medicina precisam deixar de lado a cultura da soberania. VocĂȘs lidam com humanos, pessoas que tambĂ©m tĂȘm vida, compromissos e cumprem horĂĄrios. Duvido um profissional desse aguardar numa sala de espera por 3h para ser atendido por um arquiteto, advogado, empresĂĄrio, lojista, etc. mais respeito e empatia. Organizem seus horĂĄrios e tenham gestĂŁo do tempo. Respeitem seus pacientes e, SOBRETUDO, clientes (que pagam pelos serviços).

In addition, like many other places, they make us wait 3/4 hours to be seen, often missing an entire shift at the clinic, leaving other appointments to be available to them. Medical professionals need to put aside the culture of sovereignty. You deal with humans, people who also have life, commitments and stick to schedules. I doubt a professional like that to wait in a waiting room for 3 hours to be seen by an architect, lawyer, businessman, shopkeeper, etc. more respect and empathy. Organize your schedules and have time management. Respect your patients and, MOSTALLY, customers (who pay for services).

Quando chegamos, fiquei no carro com nossos bebĂȘ e ela foi, porĂ©m chegaram pessoas para o mĂ©dico com hora marcada e e foram na frente, liguei para ela e como nĂŁo tinha sido atendida fomos embora ! Decepcionado com a clĂnica ! NĂŁo aconselho ninguĂ©m, nĂŁo volto mais neste local
Terrible! My wife is preferred (we have a 3 month old baby), when we made an appointment we were told it was on a first come, first served basis! When we arrived, I stayed in the car with our babies and she went, but people arrived for the doctor with an appointment and went ahead, I called her and as she had not been attended to, we left! Disappointed with the clinic! I don't advise anyone, I'm not coming back to this place
