O Sinergia consegue equilibrar a prática “física” com a filosofia que o Yoga tem em sua história!
 The BEST space in the region, with extremely qualified and attentive teachers. I had no experience with the practice of Yoga, I managed to evolve quickly with targeted follow-up, avoiding injuries as much as possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo fazer minhas aulas de Yoga e Pilates, o lugar é bem organizado, aconchegante. Adoro o atendimento, o pessoal é muito acolhedor e bacana. Além das aulas, as salas com atendimentos de massagens, acupuntura são maravilhosas. Só tenho agradecer o Espaço Sinergia por me receber tão bem sempre.

I love doing my Yoga and Pilates classes, the place is well organized, cozy. I love the service, the staff is very welcoming and nice. In addition to classes, the rooms with massage and acupuncture treatments are wonderful. I just have to thank Espaço Sinergia for always welcoming me so well.

Além de ter feito aulas diversas por mais de 3 anos, sempre me senti muito em casa. As professoras são extremamente pacientes e preocupadas com o aprendizado e bem - estar dos alunos. Recomendo de ohos fechados.

Um espaço democrático que acolhe qualquer pessoa que tenha interesse na prática, desde iniciantes até alunos mais avançados, além de oferecer várias modalidades de yoga.
Os Professores são profissionais competentes, as aulas são dinâmicas e desafiadoras, o espaço tem uma ótima estrutura e o ambiente é um oásis para corpo e alma.
Pratico há 8 anos, mas minha evolução só deu um salto quando passei a praticar no Sinergia.

It is without a doubt the best yoga in the region.
A democratic space that welcomes anyone interested in the practice, from beginners to more advanced students, in addition to offering various types of yoga.
The teachers are competent professionals, the classes are dynamic and challenging, the space has a great structure and the environment is an oasis for body and soul.
I've been practicing for 8 years, but my evolution only took a leap when I started to practice at Sinergia.
I highly recommend!

Conheci pessoas incríveis que me ensinaram muito ! Participei de retiro de yoga, fiz massagem, tratamento de floral em situação difícil de pandemia (sou enfermeira) e fui sempre muito acolhida em todos os momentos ! O espaço energia é completo: Equipe maravilhosa?? e Lugar com uma energia incrível … O Espaço Sinergia sempre estará nas minhas boas lembranças!! E espero logo voltar a frequentar, agora que tudo está normalizando! Super Indico o Espaço Sinergia!?
I attended the Sinergia space for 4 years and I can say that I had incredible experiences there! I learned to love doing yoga, to really know what it was like to feel connected to myself! I met amazing people who taught me a lot! I participated in a yoga retreat, had a massage, floral treatment in a difficult situation of a pandemic (I'm a nurse) and I was always very welcomed at all times! The energy space is complete: Wonderful team?? and a place with incredible energy… Espaço Sinergia will always be in my fond memories!! And I hope to attend again soon, now that everything is normalizing! Super nominate the Synergy Space!?
