★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito honestamente....foi o meu médico quem indicou este lugar e o máximo que posso dizer é que é perto! O prédio é antigo e a sala parece bem pouco completa em termos de equipamentos. Achei muito caro pelo que é e muita gente reclama. Prefiro outro lugar!
Very honestly .... it was my doctor who indicated this place and the most I can say is that it is close! The building is old and the room looks very little complete in terms of equipment. I found it very expensive for what it is and a lot of people complain. I prefer another place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O estúdio é impecável! Está sempre limpo e arrumado. O Ilídio e demais professores têm muito carinho e cuidado com os alunos. Fui aluna deles quando estava gestante e tive uma gestação saudável muito graças aos exercícios que fiz lá. Sou fã!
The studio is immaculate! It is always clean and tidy. Ilídio and other teachers have a lot of affection and care for the students. I was their student when I was pregnant and I had a healthy pregnancy thanks to the exercises I did there. I'm a fan!

Excellent professional. He got my report right before the MRI result came out. It was recommended by my orthopedist. The vitality of its students is amazing, especially those who have reached their eighties/nineties. An 86-year-old man who does sets of 15 push-ups!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some months in this place and there have been some good points; nevertheless, it’s a very small structure and that is not my cup of tea. Personally I prefer bigger places with more equipment. Besides it all, I had my problems in understanding how the system worked: I had to be away because I was sick, but was supposed to pay the next month and make up for the classes I had missed and the whole thing, for me, was neither fair nor square.
I just decided to quit and go to another gym. I had the impression theses owners assumed they and only they could provide for a certain service, but bottomline, any gym is able to do the same and by far cheaper prices.
