Na correria esqueci o casaco dela e liguei para guardarem pois voltaria para buscar. Voltei para buscar e simplesmente me deixaram esperando um tempão e não acharam o casaco. Total falta de sensibilidade.
My daughter had an accident and they didn't give any support. They didn't even call to see how my daughter was doing, who, by the way, got six stitches.
