A pessoa que realizou o serviço estava claramente com pressa e fez um serviço que deixou a desejar nas minhas unhas: meus dedos ficaram sujos de esmalte, uma unha foi borrada pois ainda não estava seca e a pessoa que estava realizando meu atendimento se quer tirou todo o esmalte borrado da unha (foi passado um algodão com acetona na metade da unha onde estava borrado, deixando o restante do esmalte na unha), ficaram restinhos de algodão grudados nas 5 camadas de esmalte da unha decorada.
Estou completamente descontente e insatisfeita com o atendimento, foram 30 reais jogados no lixo.
I booked an appointment with the manicurist and it was the worst service I've received in years. The person who performed the service was clearly in a hurry and did a job that left something to be desired on my nails: my fingers were dirty with nail polish, a nail was smudged because it was not dry yet and the person who was performing my service took it all off the smudged nail enamel (a cotton wool with acetone was applied to the half of the nail where it was smeared, leaving the rest of the enamel on the nail), cotton remnants stuck to the 5 layers of enamel of the decorated nail.
I am completely dissatisfied and dissatisfied with the service, 30 reais were thrown in the trash.
