Além de avisar EM CIMA DA HORA que o salão havia mudado de lugar (pra um endereço bem mais longe), quando minha mãe chegou ao local foi super mal atendida, as pressas porque a Vanessa alegou ter cliente em seguida, como se minha mãe não fosse cliente também. Era pra ter sido um dia especial pra minha mãe, mas ela teve uma GRANDE decepção. Falta de profissionalismo ao extremo! Nunca mais voltaremos a esse salão, não recomendo!
I gave my birthday as a beauty day in that salon, for my mother to cut and progress with Vanessa. In addition to warning ABOVE THE TIME that the salon had moved (to an address much further away), when my mother arrived at the place she was very poorly attended to, in a hurry because Vanessa claimed to have a client next, as if my mother did not were a customer too. It was supposed to be a special day for my mom, but she had a BIG disappointment. Lack of extreme professionalism! We will never return to this salon again, I do not recommend it!
