Na semana passada na loja do centro para comprar um vestido, a moca que me atendeu na loja do centro, pegou algumas pecas para poder experimentar, me acompanhou ate o vestuario e depois sumiu do nada, iria comprar um dos vestido , porem como a moca nao mostrou interesse em vender deixei as roupas no balcao e fui embora.. hoje fui na loja do cannaa entrei eu mesma peguei alguns vestidos experimentei e voltei com elas na para a arara, nenhum atendente apareceu para me atender, e olha que esta cheio de funcionaria la sem atender outros clientes, vendo que ninguem veio me atender fui embora. E fui proucurar o vestido em outras lojas nas outras lojas fui bem atendida e comprei o meu vestido a vista. Deixei de comprar um vestido porque nao me atenderam e vcs perderam venda. Tem que treinar melhor os seus funcionarios.
I had it in two stores. Last week at the downtown store to buy a dress, the girl who attended me at the downtown store, picked up some pieces to try on, accompanied me to the dressing room and then disappeared out of nowhere, she was going to buy one of the dresses, but like the girl showed no interest in selling I left the clothes on the counter and left.. today I went to the cannaa store I went in myself, I got some dresses, I tried them on and I returned with them to the macaw, no attendant showed up to attend to me, and it's full of people I would work there without attending to other customers, seeing that no one came to help me, I left. And I went to look for the dress in other stores in other stores I was well attended and I bought my dress in cash. I stopped buying a dress because they didn't answer me and you lost sale. You need to train your employees better.
