A cortesia de 03 (três) sessões de depilação a laser na axilas (feminino e masculino), buço (feminino), faixa de barba (masculino) ou nuca (masculino) é válida somente para novos CPFs cadastrados e não é cumulativa com outros vouchers ou ofertas de estabelecimento. O uso do voucher é limitado a 01 (um) por CPF. Cortesias sujeita a avaliação prévia com um profissional.

Minha filha sempre foi atendida na unidade do shopping Mooca, e fez sua ultima sessão a 40 dias; como não havia horarios resolvi marcar nessa unidade. Infelizmente a atendente nao quis fazer a sessao, alegando que ela estava bronzeada e que se quisesse faria na potencia mais baixa(a mesma coisa que nao fazer); quer dizer que se dane que o pacote é caro, que perdemos o nosso tempo indo até o local nao sendo atendida; acontece que ela não toma sol a mais de 40 dias e tem sim uma marca de biquini pelo bronzeamento artificial feito em dezembro do ano passado. Parabens Espaço Laser pelo belo atendimento!! A mim voce não pega mais!!
Terrible attendance!! They are only concerned with making new customers, who paid to turn around. My daughter has always been seen at the Mooca shopping center, and had her last session 40 days ago; as there were no hours I decided to book in that unit. Unfortunately, the attendant did not want to do the session, claiming that she was tanned and that if she wanted to, she would do it at the lowest power (the same thing as not doing); it means to be damned that the package is expensive, that we waste our time going to the place not being attended to; it turns out that she hasn’t sunbathed for more than 40 days and has a bikini brand due to the artificial tanning done in December last year. Congratulations Espaço Laser for the beautiful service !! You don't get me anymore !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unidade desagradável , as atendentes Bruna e Cristiane estão muito empenhadas em EMPURRAR pacotes e atender cliente a maior má vontade. Fui duas vezes e nas duas saí sem atendimento e chateada.

Amazing service. I already go to another unit, but never received such a detailed waxing and the great affection. Has parking and person who assists in the exit of the cars. Anyway, note 1000 of attendance to all. Show #espacolaserjuventus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fiquei satisfeito com o atendimento nesta unidade. Espaço amplo e confortável, porém muita insistência para fechar novos pacotes e pouca simpatia por parte das funcionárias.
I was not satisfied with the service at this unit. Ample and comfortable space, but a lot of insistence to close new packages and little sympathy on the part of the employees.

Mas no contrato não tem nenhuma clausula onde a empresa se responsabiliza em devolver o dinheiro caso não consiga cumprir o acordo firmado entre as partes, por falha da contatada!
No contrato só tem as obrigaçoes do contrante!
E também tem uma clausula onde eles podem divulgar os nossos dados para marketing!
Solicitei informações e a pessoa que se diz gerente da Unidade fez pouco caso das minhas solicitaçoes e explicações, me tratou com total indiferença e deixou claro que não fazia questão de mais uma venda!!!
Um pessimo atendimento para uma pessoa que é gerente de Unidade!!

I asked for information and the person who says he is the Unit's manager paid little attention to my requests and explanations, treated me with total indifference and made it clear that he did not insist on another sale !!!
A very poor service for a person who is a Unit Manager !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar dos comentários negativos aqui do Google, resolvi arriscar e fui para minha primeira sessão e para minha surpresa fui bem atendida e foi rápido, me ofertaram novos pacotes e no momento não quis fechar mais áreas e não ouve tanta “insistência” ou incômodo por parte da funcionária, achei o ambiente e a unidade agradável. Por hora recomendo a unidade e voltarei novamente!
Despite the negative comments here from Google, I decided to take a risk and went to my first session and to my surprise I was well attended and it was quick, I was offered new packages and at the time I didn't want to close any more areas and I don't hear so much "insistence" or annoyance on the part from the employee, I found the environment and the unit pleasant. For now I recommend the unit and I will come back again!
