★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Espaço Laser vendeu um pacote, porém não foi cobrado uma parcela no cartão por erro (a última), onde não avisaram ou entraram em contato.
Quando fui na loja, negaram o atendimento, sendo que ninguém nunca me ligou e sendo que falaram que podia usar em qualquer época devido a pandemia.
Quando consegui falar com muita demora no atendimento no telefone, me falaram que cancelaram o pacote, por não pagar a última parcela, sendo que nunca me ligaram, nunca enviaram o contrato.
Não quiseram aceitar o pagamento da única que faltou e não quiseram devolver o dinheiro.
Simplesmente uma empresa não confiável, que vende, não resolve e dar de esperta no cliente.
Eu estou aborrecida, constrangida e além de que me sentindo roubada por esta empresa.
Quero meu dinheiro de volta.
Não comprem pacotes nesta empresa. Me sinto roubada e constrangida. Para consegui falar no telefone, fica mais de 1 hora para ser atendida e não resolvem, simplesmente negam pagar uma pequena diferença para ficar com seu dinheiro.
Espaço Laser sold a package, but the card was not charged for a mistake (the last one), where they did not warn or contact them.

Simply an untrustworthy company that sells, does not solve and give the customer a smart eye.
I am bored, embarrassed and in addition to feeling robbed by this company.
I want my money back.
Do not buy packages at this company. I feel robbed and embarrassed. To be able to talk on the phone, it takes more than 1 hour to be answered and they don't solve it, they simply deny paying a small difference to keep their money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um pacote, que contratei e estou na segunda sessão, primeiro o app quase nunca funciona pra marcar horário, segundo, tem uns telefones que as meninas me ligavam sempre pra confirmar horário, agr que ligo nesse msm telefone pra agendar nunca me respondem, na vdd wats..reclamei do procedimento na virilha porq elas não fazem virilha completa, faz só o básico, eu pedi mais de 3x pra tirar onde tivesse pelos, porq a propaganda da empresa é justamente ficarmos livres de qualquer outro tipo de depilação, e não quero usar giletes porq já pegamos CARO nesse procedimento, outra coisa é os pacotes grátis de 3 sessões para novos clientes , levei minha sobrinha a primeira vez e ela foi super constrangida , precionada e quase que obrigada, a fechar um pacote. Se elas ganharam 3 gratis, deixam que elas usem as 3 pra assim depois oferecer o pacote, achei total falta de ética, me senti muitooo constrangida, espero terminar meu pacote ainda com uma boa impressão da empresa.

If they got 3 free, let them use the 3 to offer the package afterwards, I found it totally unethical, I felt veryoo embarrassed, I hope to finish my package with a good impression of the company.
