A Haline fisioterapeuta é uma excelente profissional, não perde tempo enrolando. Atende com qualidade e rapidez, o que é essencial pra nós que temos pressa.
My experience was WONDERFUL. My hair is almost gone in the fourth laser application. There is no pain. The girls are great. A Haline physical therapist is a great professional, wasting no time curling up. It meets quality and speed, which is essential for us in a hurry.

A administração é péssima, fechei um contrato e somente depois de pagar que perguntaram se tinha alguma problema de saúde, não fizeram o estorno na hora e depois de dias tive que fazer um relatório de justificativa de cancelamento do contrato, sendo que ainda estava dentro dos sete dias de desistência previstos no código do consumidor...muita burocracia ...resultado disso tudo? Estou há 4 meses aguardando meu estorno e até o momento não recebi. A empresa não possui telefone de central de atendimento, apenas o whatsapp, o qual não respondem. Infelizmente acho que somente na justiça vai resolver.

The administration is terrible, I signed a contract and only after paying that they asked if I had any health problems, they didn't pay them back on time and after days I had to make a report justifying the cancellation of the contract, and it was still within the seven days of withdrawal provided for in the consumer code...a lot of bureaucracy...as a result of all this? I have been waiting for 4 months for my refund and so far I have not received it. The company does not have a call center telephone, only whatsapp, which does not respond. Unfortunately I think that only justice will solve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando querem fechar o contrato tem um discurso bonito de acabar com os pêlos, de depilação definitiva. Já quando encerrei minhas sessões na axila e sobraram ao menos 20 pelos de cada lado, o discurso mudou. De que não acaba com os pelos, e sim diminui bem. De que eu tenho que comprar sessões extras pra eliminar os pelos restantes. De que tem q fazer manutenção pq novos pelos nascem. E de que "nem tem tanto pelo assim" mesmo me oferecendo pra comprar essas sessões extras e pagar mais caro até do que paguei nas 10 sessões realizadas. Frustrada com a falta de clareza e honestidade ao oferecer o serviço.

And that "there's not that much fur" even offering me to buy these extra sessions and pay more than what I paid for the 10 sessions I held. Frustrated with the lack of clarity and honesty when offering the service.
