★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terceira vez que venho e fico aguardando mais de 50 min pelo atendimento. Tá difícil. Que aconteça uma vez tudo bem mas tem sido recorrente.
 Third time I come and wait more than 50 minutes for the service. It's hard. That happens once okay but has been recurring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, minha namorada foi fazer hoje a sua sessão e informaram a data errada p ela, com isso conseguiu encaixar p hoje uma hora mais tarde qnd fomos não pode fazer por q o pelo estava alto, sendo que não informam absolutamente nada, ela agendou em outro lugar e é outra recepção outro tudo, ligaram até p confirmar!
Horrible, my girlfriend went to do her session today and they informed her of the wrong date, so she managed to fit it in today, an hour later when we couldn't do it because it was high, since they did not report anything at all, she scheduled it at another place and another reception, everything else, they called until I confirm!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depende do dia e das profissionais presente, a Gerente da Loja NUNCA se encontra, porém resolve as pendências, as operadoras das maquinas são medianamente educadas, porém extremamente solicitas e profissionais, conversam e tiram duvidas. Tem uma menina que trabalha na recepção a Manu é a MELHOR atendente da loja, resolve tudo o que for solicitado e a qualquer momento e sempre com um sorriso no rosto e muita cordialidade.
It depends on the day and the professionals present, the Store Manager is NEVER there, but resolves the pending issues, the machine operators are moderately polite, but extremely solicitous and professional, talk and answer questions. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nota é referente a recepção, que é desinteressada com aspecto de acomodados, não tem interesse em prestar um bom atendimento.
Estão sempre com atrasos e raramente as duas recepcionistas estão atendendo, uma sempre está no celular.
Estive com minha esposa no Nova América e o atendimento sempre é diferente. Uma experiência completamente diferente, a recepção não passa de 3 pessoas por agendamento.
Quase todas as vezes que tive no carioca tivemos de aguardar ao lado de fora da loja ou em pé. As informações são dadas pelas recepcionistas são vagas e não transmitem confiança.
Deixo claro que a atenção da "fisioterapeuta" ( a pessoa que executa o procedimento) é sempre muito boa, clara, objetiva e muito ética.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desisto. Ontem fiz minha 5ª sessão e todas as experiências foram péssimas, à exceção do atendimento com as fisioterapeutas Marselle Martins e Thaissa Correa, que não devem ser parte da equipe.
Nunca havia chegado atrasada nas quatro primeiras sessões, mesmo assim sempre aguardei por pelo menos 40 minutos para ser atendida. Ontem me atrasei 10 minutos e aguardei por mais de 50 minutos, mesmo com meninas chegando após mim. De fato, a culpa é minha. Após quatro experiências nas quais me senti muito mal, insisti em receber um serviço que já sabia ser ruim.
Fabiane, se você tá infeliz nesse emprego, busque ser feliz. Não há dinheiro que compense uma vida de satisfação e realizações. Você está contagiando toda a sua equipe com essa linguagem fria, desumana e insatisfeita. Todas transpiram frustração com a empresa e com as clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Indiquei a minha mãe e as vendedoras pegaram o número dela e mandam mensagem do número pessoal delas e ainda tentam vender contando mentiras para pressionar. Como eu já havia comprado e sei como funciona, consegui ajudar minha mãe!
Terrible service! I indicated to my mother and the saleswomen took her number and sent a message from their personal number and they still try to sell by telling lies to pressure. As I had already bought it and I know how it works, I was able to help my mother!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico pra ninguém!! Eu tô a 8 meses sem conseguir horário pra continuar a minha depilação a laser, chega a ser piada! Pago todo mês mas quando entro no app não tem 1 horário disponível pra nada!!! Terei que procurar fazer em locais distantes para ter atendimento. Além da falta de interesse deles a não ser que seja pra você fechar um pacote novo. Já saí de lá faltando uma área pra fazer (coisa de menos de 2 min), pq segundo eles outra cliente já estava chegando.
I don't recommend it to anyone!! I've been 8 months without having a time to continue my laser hair removal, it's a joke! I pay every month but when I enter the app there is no time available for anything!!! I will have to try to do it in distant places to get assistance. Besides their lack of interest unless it's for you to close a new package. I already left there with an area to do (less than 2 min), because, according to them, another client was already arriving.
