Não tem maturidade profissional e desligou telefone na minha cara. Coragem ela tem , noção ? Não ! Vou abrir uma reclamação no Reclame aqui , a unidade tem que saber o custo de se manter no quadro de funcionários, uma pessoa sem a menor noção para lidar com o cliente. Vou abrir um sac ouvidoria e ingressar com uma reclamação onde for preciso ! Tenho os prints .
Worst experience ever. The girl who claims to be the Store Manager just called me and has the worst customer service. He has no professional maturity and he hung up on me. Courage does she have, notion? Not ! I'm going to file a complaint in Reclame here, the unit has to know the cost of maintaining its staff, a person without the slightest notion to deal with the customer. I will open an ombudsman sac and file a complaint wherever necessary! I have the prints.
