A cortesia de 03 (três) sessões de depilação a laser na axilas (feminino e masculino), buço (feminino), faixa de barba (masculino) ou nuca (masculino) é válida somente para novos CPFs cadastrados e não é cumulativa com outros vouchers ou ofertas de estabelecimento. O uso do voucher é limitado a 01 (um) por CPF. Cortesias sujeita a avaliação prévia com um profissional.

Vocês precisam falar a mesma língua né, pois na última sessão me disseram 3 dias aí chega outra dizendo 5. Moral eu trabalho e tenho reuniões não poderia voltar depois desculpe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja péssima, não atendem bem, os atendimentos sempre atrasam. Quando reclamamos do atraso, a recepcionista se faz de idiota (ou é mesmo) e fala que não está tão atrasado assim. Se puderem, evitem a unidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento na Unidade (Tucuruvi), mas quando você precisa do “pós venda”, por exemplo, contato com a central de atendimento deixa a desejar. Fiquei muito tempo aguardando a central me atender para explicar o motivo das minhas sessões terem sumido do aplicativo.
Sugiro uma melhoria o quanto antes, pq não adianta só vender e depois ter cliente um insatisfeito.
Great service at the Unit (Tucuruvi), but when you need “after sales”, for example, contact with the call center leaves something to be desired. I spent a long time waiting for the center to assist me to explain why my sessions were missing from the application.
I suggest an improvement as soon as possible, because it is no use just selling and then having a dissatisfied customer.
