Procurei na internet sobre o laser utilizado pela empresa e vi que não é eficiente em pessoas negras. As funcionárias da empresa poderiam ter alertado sobre a possibilidade desse problema acontecer, enfim fiquei frustada, já que paguei por algo que não teve sucesso

O estabelecimento está se importando mais com quantidade do que com qualidade. Hoje (06.10.2020) liguei para marcar a minha sexta sessão para o dia 20. 10. 2020 e simplesmente não havia mais vaga até início de novembro. Consegui marcar apenas para o dia 03.11.2020, sendo que há um intervalo de tempo entre uma sessão e outra, de 30 a 40 dias, mas o estabelecimento não tem prezado pela qualidade e tem deixado de priorizar o cliente que já está no meio do processo de depilação para priorizar a retenção de novos clientes. Conscientizem-se de que com a queda da qualidade do serviço prestado, vocês vão perder os seu clientes. Garantam que os seus clientes terão o intervalo de 30 a 40 dias entre uma sessão e outra para que eles consigam o resultado almejado, já que são vocês mesmo que nos orientam a respeitar esse intervalo. Quem está fazendo o tratamento, recomendo sair do estabelecimento com a sessão já agendada, senão vocês correrão o risco de não conseguir marcar sessão dentro do intervalo recomendado, pois a própria empresa não tem esse compromisso, atendendo mais gente do que tem capacidade. Não indico essa empresa, pois a desorganização tira toda a credibilidade.

I managed to schedule only for 03.11.2020, and there is a time interval between one session and another, from 30 to 40 days, but the establishment has not valued for quality and has failed to prioritize the customer who is already in the middle of the hair removal process to prioritize new customer retention. Be aware that with the drop in the quality of the service provided, you will lose your customers. Ensure that your customers will have a 30- to 40-day interval between one session and another so that they achieve the desired result, since you are the ones who guide us to respect that interval. Whoever is doing the treatment, I recommend leaving the establishment with the session already scheduled, otherwise you will run the risk of not being able to schedule a session within the recommended interval, as the company itself does not have this commitment, serving more people than has capacity. I do not recommend this company, because the disorganization takes away all credibility.

No que diz respeito a pele negra ou morena, as atendentes deveriam informar que o resultado não é satisfatório ou esclarecer melhor o tipo de laser utilizado, haja vista que somos leigos. Não informam também que findado o pacote com os dez procedimentos, a BUROCRACIA para liberar os procedimentos extras é desanimador e revoltante. A franquia libera apenas uma sessão a cada avaliação, isto é, tenho que esperar 45 dias para fazer uma avaliação e esperar mais tempo para a franquia liberar. Provavelmente, passarei mais um ano. Insatisfeitíssima!
