★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Mandei mensagem antes pelo Wpp e fui informada que poderia realizar o meu pedido por ali. A idosa que atende informou que eu poderia realizar o pedido e que avisaria quando estivesse pronto. Isso era 18:30 depois de 1 hora e pouco nada dela avisar. Daí fui até o estabelecimento para retirar o meu pedido (pela lógica era para já estar pronto) e quando eu cheguei todos os clientes estavam comendo e já tinha pessoas aguardando. Daí ainda esperei mais 30 minutos e nada. Fui questionar a senhora e ela foi super grossa e informou que não fazia diferença pedir pelo wpp que ela iria atender primeiros os outros. Concluindo, fiquei horas esperando algo que não ia sair e ela ainda mandou msg no wpp falando “obrigada pelo show” sendo que eu só questionei algo por ser consumidor e já estar esperando horas e não ter sido atendida. Ela já fez isso outras vezes. Espero que isso não seja algo pessoal!!! Desabafo.
Terrible attendance. I sent a message before via Wpp and was informed that I could place my order there. The elderly woman who attends said that I could place the order and that she would let me know when it was ready. That was 18:30 after 1 hour and she didn't say anything. Then I went to the establishment to pick up my order (by the logic it was to be ready) and when I arrived all the customers were eating and there were already people waiting. Then I waited another 30 minutes and nothing. I went to question the lady and she was super rude and informed that it made no difference to ask for the WPP that she would attend to the others first. In conclusion, I spent hours waiting for something that wouldn't come out and she even sent a msg on wpp saying “thanks for the show” and I only questioned something because I'm a consumer and I've been waiting hours and haven't been answered. She has done this before. I hope this isn't something personal!!! Vent.
