No meu último pedido que realizei através do aplicativo do Uber ests, o responsável em preparar a marmita, não observou as instruções especiais que havia deixado como orientação.
Pedi, que não enviassem feijão no pedido, pois o meu esposo que iria consumir não suporta nem mesmo sentir o cheiro. E, infelizmente enviaram a marmita cheia de feijão...
Ok,...erros acontecem.
E por isso, entrei em contato com o restaurante para que fosse resolvido essa questão do erro, e trocassem a comida.
Porém, o restaurante disse que não poderia resolver. Disse que eu deveria entrar em contato como aplicativo da Uber ests para que eles resolvessem a questão da troca, porque eu não tinha comprado diretamente com eles.
Isso foi um descaso enorme comigo.
Eu, além de não querer dar uma nota ruim ao restaurante por algo que poderia ser facilmente resolvido, entrando em contato com o mesmo para sanar o meu problema; tive a insatisfação de não ser prontamente atendida e, nada foi solucionado.
I come to leave my dissatisfaction, with the restaurant's lack of commitment, in solving possible own mistakes, in sending the order to the customer.
In my last order that I made through the Uber ests application, the person responsible for preparing the lunch box did not observe the special instructions that I had left as guidance.
I asked them not to send beans when ordering, as my husband, who was going to consume them, can't even bear the smell. And, unfortunately, they sent the lunch box full of beans...
Okay,...errors happen.
And so, I contacted the restaurant to resolve this issue of error, and exchange the food.
However, the restaurant said it could not solve it. They said that I should contact the Uber ests app so that they could resolve the exchange issue, because I hadn't purchased directly from them.
That was a huge disregard for me.
I, in addition to not wanting to give the restaurant a bad grade for something that could be easily resolved, contacting it to solve my problem; I had the dissatisfaction of not being promptly attended to, and nothing was resolved.
