Minha família e eu tivemos uma péssima experiência com nosso pedido.
Além do atraso de 2 horas, os pedidos vieram frios, os pães de alho queimados e um deles com item diferente do que havíamos solicitado.
Péssima escolha, indignada...não possuem competência para trabalhar neste ramo!

Quando vc reclamar são grossos e dizem que tem muitos clientes e o meu não faz diferença.
Terrible service from the attendant, the product does not come as requested and something is missing.
When you complain, they're rude and say you have a lot of customers and mine doesn't make a difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi duas vezes. Na primeira foi ótima. A segunda foi terrível. Fiquei de retirar. O lugar era uma rua sem saída, sem nenhuma sinalização do “restaurante”. Chegando lá, em uma casa, não estava pronto, optamos por entregarem então. Mais de uma hora depois, fora o tempo que esperei para poder buscar, liguei pra saber se ia demorar mais, falaram que erraram o ponto da carne e estavam refazendo o pedido. Enfim o pedido chegou com bem mais de duas horas de atraso, chegou queimado, gelado e revirado. A farofa empanou e ressecou mais ainda a carne. Não recomendo.
I asked twice. At first it was great. The second was terrible. I was to withdraw. The place was a dead-end street, with no signage of the “restaurant”. Arriving there, in a house, it was not ready, we chose to deliver it then. More than an hour later, apart from the time I waited to be able to pick it up, I called to see if it would take longer, they said they missed the point of the meat and were reordering. Anyway, the order arrived well over two hours late, it arrived burnt, cold and overturned. The farofa breaded and dried the meat even more. I do not recommend.
