Fiz várias consultas sobre a loja(pois nos dias atuais está muito difícil), e todas mostravam a idoneidade da empresa. Mesmo sem conhecer, realizei a compra, fiz a transferência bancária, e recebemos todo suporte até a bike ser entregue a transportadora.  I'm from São Carlos / SP, and we got to the store through Mercado Livre. During all negotiations, Ana Paula and Luiz Eduardo gave us all the support, even though it was a Saturday afternoon after work. I made several inquiries about the store (as nowadays it is very difficult), and all showed the suitability of the company. Even without knowing it, I made the purchase, made the bank transfer, and we received all the support until the bike was delivered to the carrier. Muito caro! e com certeza não volto mais.
It's absurd to charge 50 reais to change 2 pairs of brake pads and each pair costs an average of 10 to 15 reais, apart from stalling to start doing a service that takes 5 minutes...
Very expensive! and I'm definitely not coming back.

O atendimento foi super rápido e atencioso. Após 1 hora já vieram retirar em minha casa a bike (que ainda estava na caixa) e apesar de ter recebido um prazo de até 5 dias úteis para a montagem, ela já ficou pronta no mesmo dia a tarde!
Fui incentivada por eles a pegar a bike e já voltar pedalando para casa (sou iniciante e estava um pouco insegura). No dia seguinte, sábado de manhã, fui buscar a bike e já dei minhas prmeiras pedaladas na cidade...
Foi muito bom, fiquei muito satisfeita com a bike e com toda essa atenção e profissionalismo da equipe, muito agradecida mesmo!!

I had never entered the store despite living in the area. I contacted via WhatsApp for information about assembling a newly purchased bicycle from an internet store.
The service was super fast and attentive. After 1 hour they came to remove the bike from my house (which was still in the box) and despite having received a deadline of up to 5 working days for assembly, it was ready the same day in the afternoon!
I was encouraged by them to get the bike and ride home (I'm a beginner and I was a little insecure). The next day, Saturday morning, I went to get the bike and I already had my first rides in the city...
It was very good, I was very satisfied with the bike and with all the attention and professionalism of the team, I really appreciate it!!

Avoid. Either ripping of gringos or just a rip off.
