★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim, liguei deixei recado para orçamento, manda mensagem marca horário e não comparece. Não vou trabalhar com quem não tem compromisso com a agenda. Recebi um telefonema de dono da empresa, muito mal educado, fujam desta empresa, eles não sabem atender ninguém. Excesso de trabalho não é desculpa para ser mal educado. Além de atender mal, responde abaixo com mentiras para tentar disfarçar o péssimo serviço que faz. Não houve qualquer humilhação do seu funcionário, tenho as mensagens de voz trocadas com ele pelo whatsapp gravado em meu celular. Infelizmente não dá para colar aqui e provar a sua mentira. Tenho dinheiro para gastar e também não preciso de fornecedor amaldiçoado.

I got a call from the company owner, very rude, run away from this company, they don't know how to answer anyone. Overwork is no excuse for being rude. Besides answering badly, he answers below with lies to try to disguise the terrible service he does. There was no humiliation from his employee, I have the voice messages exchanged with him through the whatsapp recorded on my cell phone. Unfortunately you can't stick here and prove your lie. I have money to spend and I don't need a cursed supplier either.

O material apresentado, as explicações e os valores me levaram a acrescentar o fechamento do espaço do botijão de gás e da pia na área da churrasqueira. Os projetos ficaram maravilhosos. Claro que fechei os pedidos e aguardei. Os materiais chegaram antes do prazo e o executor dos serviços conhece bem o assunto e os faz com presteza. Fiquei muitíssimo satisfeito com as obras realizadas. Quem me atendeu e sugeriu materiais, teve paciência para explicar um ou outro detalhe foi a Andréia. My husband said he called once before about 3 years ago and they did the same thing. So, this is the second time! Never again will we try to use this company...it's a red flag to not use their services. So unprofessional! Luckily, we found a great place instead...
