A empresa foi recomendada por um vizinho, iriamos fazer um portão para porta, porém o serviço não foi feito como foi solicitado, e tentei por vezes que fosse refeito. Liguei, pedi uma visita, eu poderia até retirar e levar até o local, desde que fosse refeito, não teve como.
Sorry but it's because there is no ( -1 ) for star. The company was recommended by a neighbor, we were going to build a gate to the door, but the service was not done as requested, and I sometimes tried to have it redone. I called, asked for a visit, I could even remove it and take it to the place, as long as it was redone, there was no way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendamos, fizemos as grades de 3 portas balcão, 1 porta normal, 2 portões e janelas. De começo o dono já tirou as medidas errado, depois sumiu e ficou mandando os funcionários para empurrar peças desconforme, empurraram produtos fora do que a casa precisava (pois o dono tirou medidas erradas), dois meses depois dobradiças enferrujaram e soldas soltaram, ao entrar em contato com a empresa disseram que não fariam nada sobre isso. Tivemos que ir em outro prestador para arrumar. Não recomendamos pois sentimos que tivemos uma experiência negativa e um pós venda negligente. 27/09/2010
We do not recommend, we made the grids of 3 balcony doors, 1 normal door, 2 gates and windows. At first the owner already took the wrong measurements, then he disappeared and sent the employees to push non-conforming pieces, they pushed products out of what the house needed (because the owner took the wrong measures), two months later hinges rusted and welds loosened, when entering in contact with the company said they would do nothing about it. We had to go to another provider to fix it. We do not recommend it because we feel that we had a negative experience and a negligent after-sale. 9/27/2010
