Até o dia que experimentei o delivery. 2 horas de atraso, a raiva foi tanta que nunca mais comprei.

Fiz o pedido as 11h30min (1frango e costela de gado assada), as 12:40 recebi um whatsapp informando que registraram o pedido errado, se podiam trocar por costela de porco, e eu disse ok, sem problemas. O pedido estava marcado para ser entregue as 13hs, recebi as 14hs28min... e pasmem, INCOMPLETO!!!!
Ainda me foi cobrado o valor integral, estorno feito pelo motoboy quando pedi.
Ao ligar para loja, fui péssimamente atendida, o que me fez me alterar, pois para quem estava aguardando o complemento do almoço, recebi como proposta do sr. Julian* o estono ou correção o próximo final de semana. Ainda a informação de que ainda fez o favor em me atender, pq poderia nem ter me atendido.
Sr... como te informei, a ligação estava sendo gravada, e o seu péssimo atendimento também. Como te informei, havia crianças e uma idosa esperando, e minha limitações não me permitiam fazer algo.
Resumo, péssimo atendimento...desrespeitoso e desumano.
Não te pedi um favor, eu contratei um serviço... senão tem a capacidade de prestar, avise aos clientes pois assim possibilita os mesmos a optar em contratar ou não.
Para minha surpresa... a costela na vdd pode ser classificada como panceta. Pois foi isso que recebi. Na dúvida sr... envie a foto do que recebi no Whatsapp...
Bad company in general. I placed the order at 11:30 am (1 chicken and roast beef ribs), at 12:40 I received a whatsapp informing that they registered the wrong order, if they could exchange for pork ribs, and I said ok, no problem. The order was scheduled to be delivered at 1 pm, I received it at 2:28 pm ... and amazingly, INCOMPLETE !!!!
