Estou extremamente decepcionado com o atendimento e falta de respeito que vocês tiveram hoje, 23/09/2021.
Não e a primeira vez que peço comida de vocês, inclusive e muito boa, mas fiz um novo pedido hoje, além da prazo de entregar ser alto, a entrega estava atrasada, e o restaurante por conta própria, cancelou o pedido.
E o tempo que perdi esperando? praticamente nem tempo tenho mais pra pedir em outro lugar, fiquei esperando...
extremamente decepcionado e pode ter certeza que pensarei muito antes de pedir.
inclusive, onde trabalho, por causa de mim, o pessoal ate tinha pedido comida dai também, mas ja nao vou recomendar mais....
Um absurdo a falta de respeito com o cliente.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of respect you had today, 09/23/2021.
It's not the first time I order food from you, it's actually very good, but I placed a new order today, in addition to the deadline being high, the delivery was late, and the restaurant, on its own, canceled the order.
And the time I wasted waiting? I have practically no more time to ask elsewhere, I was waiting...
extremely disappointed and you can be sure I will think long and hard before ordering.
even, where I work, because of me, the staff had even ordered food from there too, but I won't recommend it anymore....
An absurd lack of respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita falta de respeito com uma pessoa que pede marmita em horário de almoço, se não pedir com 4 horas de antecedência, não espere dentro do seu horário. Estou em contato com a loja e estão informando que pedido foi entregue, depois falam que vão mandar outro e simplesmente nada. Fui até o restaurante e falaram que já havia saído para entrega, faz 2 horas desde então.
Very disrespectful to a person who orders a lunch box, if you don't order it 4 hours in advance, don't wait within your schedule. I am in contact with the store and they are informing that the order has been delivered, then they say they will send another one and simply nothing. I went to the restaurant and they said it had already left for delivery, it's been 2 hours since then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pedido realizado as 10h28, prazo estimado de entrega era para as 12hrs, agora, 13h30 ainda não chegou e nem se quer atendem/respondem whatsapp, fica aqui o meu NÃO recomendo. a 1 estrela fica pra comida boa das vezes que comi presencialmente, mas pedir para entregar, jamais cometa esse erro. vai passar nervoso.
edit: chegou 14h15
order placed at 10:28 am, estimated delivery time was for 12:00 pm, now, 1:30 pm still hasn't arrived and they don't even answer/answer whatsapp, here's mine I DON'T recommend. 1 star is for good food for the times I ate in person, but asking for delivery, never make that mistake. will be nervous.

Fiz um pedido no ifood e precisava da comida pois estava no meu horário de almoço, liguei lá ela me passou até 60 min de tolerância, e no ifood estava 80min, moça mal informada.
Me falou que estavam com apenas um motoboy porém a comida demorou bem mais de 80 min, que era o combinado. Liguei lá a mesma me disse “ o motoboy já saiu faz tempo” sei la o Que ele deveria estar fazendo, pois saiu 13:25 e demorou mais de 45 min para entregar sendo que não fica tão longe, decepcionante.

I placed an order at ifood and needed the food because it was my lunch time, I called there she gave me up to 60 min of tolerance, and at ifood it was 80 min, misinformed girl.

I called there and she told me “the motoboy left a long time ago” I don't know what he should be doing, because he left at 1:25 pm and took more than 45 min to deliver and it's not that far, disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência foi péssima, uma demora terrível para entrega e detalhe que a moça que me atendeu me deu a certeza que as 11 estaria sendo entregue, perguntei se conseguiria mesmo entregar pois é o horário que saio para comer no trabalho e ela me afirmou que sim, aí 11:50 me chega o motoboy com a marmitex, um descaso total!
Nunca mais compro nesse lugar!!
