★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida até que é gostosa, mas o descaso com o cliente é enorme, quando estavam começando tratavam os clientes bem, com a devida atenção, agora que cresceu um pouco mais eles não sabem lidar com vários clientes ao mesmo tempo, não tem gestão interna, se atrapalham MUITO com os pedidos, erram as comandas, os pedidos, as ordens. É uma bagunça total. Somos cliente desde que abriu e não é a primeira vez que temos divergências.
Hoje pedimos uma marmita pelo telefone 12:15 avisamos que estávamos no trânsito e chegaríamos em 10 minutos, chegamos lá 12:25 uma bagunça como sempre, a mulher não entendeu a comanda que o homem fez, teve que refazer o pedido, muitas pessoas que chegaram depois, levaram a marmita antes de mim, 13h entregaram a marmita e ainda conseguiram nos atrasar pro trabalho. Muita desorganização e nenhum pedido de desculpas.
Nunca mais compraremos aí. Que aprendam com isso pois estão perdendo clientes.

It's a total mess. We have been a customer since it opened and it is not the first time that we have disagreements.
Today we asked for a lunchbox by phone at 12:15 we told them we were in traffic and we would arrive in 10 minutes, we got there at 12:25 a mess as usual, the woman did not understand the command that the man made, she had to redo the order, many people who they arrived later, took the lunch box before me, 1 pm delivered the lunch box and still managed to delay us to work. Lots of clutter and no apologies.
We will never buy there again. Let them learn from it because they are losing customers.
