★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento não é tão bom quanto imaginávamos, pois, senti falta de conhecimento da atendente em relação aos produtos e principalmente na questão de outro casal estar sendo atendido retirar os convites já escolhidos de nossa mesa para mostrar para eles. Pediram licença e tudo mais, mas essa questão pesou um pouco na decisão.
The service is not as good as we imagined, because I felt the lack of knowledge of the attendant in relation to the products and especially in the matter of another couple being attended to remove the invitations already chosen from our table to show them. They asked for leave and everything, but this issue weighed a little on the decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até eles fecharem comigo foi ótimo o atendimento, mas no pós venda deixaram a desejar, demoraram para mandar o layout e quando fui retirar meus convites eu avisei que iria pagar o valor que faltava no cartão e cheguei la a pessoa que estava me disse que haviam levado a maquina de cartão para uma viagem e que teria que retirar outro dia, ela nem estava ciente da retirada que é com horário "agendado", eu precisei ir ate o banco para sacar dinheiro para não atrasar a entrega dos meus convites!
Until they closed with me, the service was great, but after sales they left something to be desired, they took a long time to send the layout and when I went to collect my invitations I told them I would pay the amount that was missing on the card and I got there the person who was there told me that they had I took the card machine for a trip and would have to withdraw it another day, she wasn’t even aware of the withdrawal, which is scheduled, I had to go to the bank to withdraw money so as not to delay the delivery of my invitations!
