★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo esse estabelecimento. Levei 2 filhos, mas não deixei nem 15 min e retirei pra levá-los a outro estabelecimento que oferece o mesmo serviço dentro do mesmo Shopping. Não havia um monitor sequer e a única funcionária mal conseguia atender a recepção. As instalações do banheiro também são precárias.
I do not recommend this establishment. I took 2 children, but I didn't leave even 15 minutes and took them to another establishment that offers the same service within the same mall. There wasn't even a monitor, and the only employee could barely handle reception. Bathroom facilities are also poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Novamente fui levar meu filho neste estabelecimento...e novamente percebi que o Coronavírus não existe neste local, somente no Shopping.
TODAS as crianças sem mascaras, e eles não fazem questão nenhuma de orientar.
Não existe um profissional sênior, são crianças tomando conta de crianças.
Fora isso, já percebi que eles não fazem atividades com as crianças, não são monitores, são na verdade vigias.
Em compensação, o Planeta Imaginário, que acabei deixando meu filho, é bem diferenciado.

There is no senior professional, they are children taking care of children.
Other than that, I've already noticed that they don't do activities with the kids, they're not monitors, they're actually lookouts.
On the other hand, Planeta Imaginário, which I ended up leaving my son in, is quite different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As crianças ficam muito tempo nos jogos eletronicos sem que haja qualquer supervisão. As monitoras não se animam em fazer brincadeiras, o telefone é de enfeite, ng atende nem respondem o whatsapp.
Children spend a lot of time playing electronic games without any supervision. The monitors are not encouraged to make jokes, the phone is for decoration, no one answers or responds to whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Recepcionista sem educação que só fica no celular. Quantidade de monitor insuficiente. E, o mais sério, sem segurança. Deixei minha filha, não estava acompanhado da minha esposa, 15 minutos depois, minha esposa retirou minha filha sem ao menos ser exigido qualquer documento, ou seja, qualquer pessoa poderia ter retirado minha filha deste lugar .
I do not recommend. Uneducated receptionist who only stays on her cell phone. Insufficient monitor quantity. And, most seriously, no security. I left my daughter, I was not accompanied by my wife, 15 minutes later, my wife took my daughter without even being required any document, that is, anyone could have taken my daughter from this place.
