★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só tem rampa para cadeirante de um lado do outro lado é escada para acessar a passarela, a noite só tem iluminação na estação a passarela que da acesso a estação está as escura e a Supervia nada faz.
There is only a ramp for wheelchair users on one side, on the other side there are stairs to access the footbridge, at night there is only lighting at the station, the footbridge that gives access to the station is dark and the Supervia does nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários atenciosos. Não tem culpa do serviço ser ruim. Até ajudam, informando a localização dos trens e evitam que os passageiros subam a passarela a toa, quando a circulação dos trens está suspensa.
Attentive staff. It's not their fault the service is bad. They even help, informing the location of the trains and preventing passengers from going up the walkway at random, when the trains are suspended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa linha de Belford roxo poderia ter melhoria na circulação dos trem, pois, a uma demora enorme para chegar um trem na estação (principalmente dia de Domingo).
O atendimento, o agente de limpeza e a segurança não tenho o que reclamar são bons funcionários, fazem seu serviço bem.
This purple Belford line could improve train circulation, as it takes a long time for a train to arrive at the station (especially on Sundays).
The service, the cleaning agent and the security I have nothing to complain about, they are good employees, they do their job well.
