O sistema de cobrança é mal organizado, falho e persistente. Te cobram boletos já pago por vários meios de comunicação.
O atendimento telefônico é quase impossível, o atendimento online é péssimo e extremamente demorado.
I do not recommend the Estácio group to anyone.
The collection system is poorly organized, flawed and persistent. You are charged for payment slips already paid by various media.
Telephone service is almost impossible, online service is terrible and extremely time consuming.
