★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um descaso ao atendimento da estácio de interlagos, depois das 4 vezes que liguei, todos atendentes desligaram na minha cara, não solucionando o problema, e deixando eu com as duvidas, ao incluir a disciplina existe o valor, só que no decorrer do semestre eles aumentaram, e por erro deles em não qualificar um valor perante a disciplina incluida, deixando o aluno sem explicações e pagando o retroativo desde 3 mensalidades. repito, por erro da gestão do curso. Estou enviando essa indignação, pois ja liguei inumeras vezes, e fizeram pouco caso ao sancionar minhas duvidas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei minha primeira graduação na instituição e estou realizando minha pós. Adorei a plataforma online super dinâmica. O ambiente é bacana, os profissionais são excelentes e o atendimento é diferenciado. A instituição possui ótimos espaços de convívio e estudo. Quando fiquei um tempo sem ter acesso a Internet na minha casa a unidade me disponibilizou um laboratório para que eu pusesse realizar as aulas online.
I completed my first graduation at the institution and I am doing my postgraduate studies. I loved the super dynamic online platform. The environment is nice, the professionals are excellent and the service is differentiated. The institution has great spaces for socializing and studying. When I didn't have Internet access at home for a while, the unit provided me with a laboratory so that I could take classes online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários confusos, cada um fala uma coisa diferente, não resolve nada falam uma coisa por telefone, quando você vai lá, a mesma pessoa fala algo totalmente diferente, quando eles não falam, "então enquanto estavamos conversando aqui chegou a tal resposta que eles demoram cinco dias prá dar" ou seja de repente as coisas acontecem.
NAO RECOMENDO ESTA FACULDADE PRA NINGUÉM.
Confused employees, each one says a different thing, doesn't solve anything, they say one thing over the phone, when you go there, the same person says something totally different, when they don't speak, "so while we were talking here, there was such a response that they take a long time five days to go" that is, suddenly things happen.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACULTY TO ANYONE.

Primeiro começou com o login da plataforma que ninguém dá Estacaio resolvia quando falei que ia fazer uma denúncia no Procon daí resolveram. E depois a Grande surpresa, terei que refazer o semestre passado pq minhas notas zeraram por causa de erro da Estacio e ainda falam que a culpa é minha. Entro contato, faço a requisição e mesmo assim me culpam falando que não fiz nenhuma matéria do semestre passado. O mais estranho que foram todas as matérias e não panes uma ou duas, mais todas. Entrei em contato semana passada na estacio via WhatsApp e quem me atendeu falou que a coordenadora iria entrar em contayo comigo no mesmo dia porém, não entrou. Quando entrei novamente em contato alegaram que ela tinha entrado em contato no dia 25/03. Após provar que não tive o referido contato a coordenadora entra em contato comigo..
Uma revolta, a decepção gigantesca que se não resolverem esse problema terão que resolver judicial lamente...

And then the big surprise, I'll have to redo the last semester because my grades were zero because of Estacio's mistake and they still say it's my fault. I get in touch, make the request and even then they blame me saying that I didn't take any subject from last semester. The strangest thing was that it was all the subjects and not just one or two, but all of them. I got in touch last week at estacio via WhatsApp and whoever answered me said that the coordinator would contact me on the same day, but she didn't. When I contacted them again, they claimed that she had contacted them on 03/25. After proving that I didn't have that contact, the coordinator gets in touch with me..
A revolt, the gigantic disappointment that if they don't solve this problem, they will have to solve it in court...
