★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de entrar para essa Universidade e já estou arrependida, fechei a matrícula com um valor na mensalidade e agora os boletos são gerados com outro valor. Estou tendo vários problemas para acessar o portal do aluno e não dão nenhum suporte, já liguei diversas vezes na unidade, fiquei quase uma hora em ligação explicando os problemas e e do nada desligam a ligação e não retornam. Só fazem a gente perder tempo e gastar dinheiro, cada hora um atendente fala uma coisa diferente e não resolvem nada. Decepcionante.
I just joined this University and I'm already sorry, I closed the enrollment with a monthly fee and now the tickets are generated with another value. I am having several problems accessing the student portal and they do not give any support, I have already called the unit several times, I spent almost an hour on the phone explaining the problems and suddenly they disconnect the call and do not return. They just make us waste time and spend money, every hour an attendant says something different and doesn’t solve anything. Disappointing.

Hoje por ser o primeiro dia terei que ir na faculdade para alinhar alguns assuntos. ESPERO NÃO DESANIMAR LOGO DE CARA.
