Bad experience. Manager / attendant who does not look you in the face, does not speak or greets you properly. For sure next time I will prefer the competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de chegar para deixar o meu carro e fui abordada por um funcionário muito mal humorado, tá certo que eu tinha me esquecido de colocar a mascara ,mas não explica ele ser tão mal educado, só era pedir para eu colocar a mascara com educação que com certeza colocaria e ainda foi arrogante para me falar que não tinha vaga no estacionamento, eu só queria uma informação que não foi possível perguntar devido ele ser tão ignorante para com minha pessoa.

Local de péssimo atendimento e zero empatia! Uma amiga, com filho autista e que está com o pé quebrado, estacionou o carro nesse péssimo estabelecimento. Na volta, com seu marido, pediu para colocar o carro mais para frente para que ela colocasse a criança dentro do carro pois a cadeira de rodas não passava por entre eles... Foi então que o funcionário ou dono, não sabemos, gritou bem alto que dali só saiam se pagassem, chegou a colocar até um carro na frente evitando que colocassem o carro mais pra frente para que a criança fosse colocada no banco de trás... Passaram por um constrangimento fora da realidade. Péssimo demais... Zero empatia com crianças especiais e machucadas. Esse estabelecimento não merece estrela alguma. Fica aqui minha indignação! Era somente deixar colocar o carro mais para frente e colocarem a criança dentro, ninguém ali sairia sem pagar! Estou indignada...

Terrible service and zero empathy! A friend, with an autistic son who has a broken foot, parked her car in this terrible establishment. On the way back, with her husband, she asked to move the car further forward so that she could put the child in the car because the wheelchair could not pass between them... It was then that the employee or owner, we don't know, shouted well high that they only leave if they pay, he even put a car in front preventing them from putting the car further forward so the child could be placed in the back seat... They went through an unrealistic embarrassment. Too bad... Zero empathy for special and injured children. This establishment does not deserve any stars. Here is my indignation! It was just to let the car move forward and put the child inside, no one would leave without paying! I'm outraged...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui levar meu filho e esposa no hospital Ana Costa de Santos estacionei aí, quero deixar aqui a minha insatisfação com esse estacionamento, atendimento completamente sem humanidade, meu filho autista, sofreu um entorse, e precisou imobilizar o pé, deixamos o carro nesse estacionamento que fica na esquina do hospital Ana costa em santos, os carros ficam colados um no outro, e não havia a possibilidade de entrar com a cadeira de rodas... e essa pessoa do estacionamento, não deixou tirar o carro para meu filho poder entrar no veiculo, ficou gritando que só sai se pagar e ainda pegou um veiculo e colocou na frente de propósito, quando fui explicar a situação ele me disse que "não interessa", falei pra ele ser mais humano, sim eu disse em voz bem alta e quase perdi a cabeça já que se trata de minha família... paguei e meu filho coitado já impaciente na cadeira de rodas desde o hospital e minha esposa rezando pra ele não se jogar da cadeira de rodas. Foi horrível, não indico esse local pra ninguém, vim aqui e só vejo críticas. Agora com a cabeça mais fria vou dizer o seguinte, Deus abençoe esse rapaz para que ele jamais passe pelo que passei, graças a Deus as coisas estão bem, poderia não ter sido assim, contudo não indico porque não desejo isso pra ninguém.

I paid and my poor son already impatient in the wheelchair since the hospital and my wife praying he doesn't throw himself out of the wheelchair. It was horrible, I don't recommend this place to anyone, I came here and I only see criticism. Now with a cooler head I will say the following, God bless this boy so that he never goes through what I went through, thank God things are well, it could not have been like that, but I don't recommend it because I don't wish that on anyone.
