★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu carro para lavar na tarde do dia 29/02/2020 e quando voltei para pegar me deparei com o para-brisa trincado, ao questionar sobre o que aconteceu ninguém soube me falar o que poderia ter ocorrido e que não havia sido ali dentro (normal no Brasil, filho feio não tem pai) após uma breve conversa com o Sr. Raí o mesmo me solicitou que voltasse na segunda dia 02/03/2020 para falar com o proprietário. Vamos aguardar e ver se o pessoal será honesto e assumir o problema...
Voltei lá no dia programado e fui atendido pelo Sr Raí que prontamente assumiu o erro e me ressarciu do valor. Parabéns ao Sr Raí e equipe da creche do carro. Extremo respeito e profissionalismo.
I left my car to wash on the afternoon of 02/29/2020 and when I came back to pick it up I came across the cracked windshield, when questioning about what happened, nobody knew how to tell me what could have happened and that it hadn't been inside. (normal in Brazil, ugly son has no father) after a brief conversation with Mr. Raí he asked me to return on the second day 03/02/2020 to speak with the owner. Let's wait and see if the staff will be honest and take on the problem ...
I went back there on the scheduled day and was attended by Mr Raí who promptly assumed the error and reimbursed me for the amount. Congratulations to Mr Raí and the car daycare team. Extreme respect and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo valor pago achei a limpeza muito ruim. Ficou várias frestas com sujeira. Alguns lugares que deveriam passar um pano por exemplo, foi passado apenas aspirador. O atendimento é bom mas a limpeza tem que melhorar.
For the price paid I found the cleaning very bad. There were several cracks with dirt. Some places that should pass a cloth, for example, were only vacuumed. The service is good but the cleanliness needs to improve.
