Porém a partir do momento em que você já de está no imóvel, o suporte é péssimo, se consegue perceber o pouco caso que se faz dos clientes.
Na devolução do imóvel, não há instruções claras, deixando os problemas todos para o inquilino resolver não tendo empatia alguma. Péssimo. Não recomendo a ninguém. Ao contrário quem me perguntar farei questão de esboçar a total insatisfação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita burocracia e enrolaçao pra devolver a cauçao no término da locaçao. Primeiro mandaram um vistoriador deles que deu OK no laudo de vistoria para saida. Depois foi feita uma segunda vistoria pelo proprietario, que apontou várias divergencias. Nesse meio tempo decorreu mais de um mês. Péssimo serviço. Tive que resolver diretamente com o proprietario. Fora que durante todo o periodo de locaçao nunca mandavam o boleto, eu precisava sempre pedir por email (e me cobravam uma taxa por isso). Sempre davam a desculpa que era atraso do banco ou dos correios para entrega do boleto. Concreto, nunca mais.

Afterwards, a second inspection was carried out by the owner, who pointed out several differences. In the meantime, more than a month has passed. Terrible service. I had to settle directly with the owner. Besides that during the entire rental period they never sent the bank slip, I always had to ask for it by email (and they charged me a fee for that). They always gave the excuse that the bank or post office was late in delivering the bill. Concrete, never again.
