★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive alguns problemas com o Lalacao mais no momento após o ocorrido tive o total retorno para que minha filha tenha um ótimo atendimento levei ela ontem para tomar banho e cortar a franja e ela voltou uma verdadeira princesa e o produto muito cheiroso com boa durabilidade eles usam uma ótimo marca e ainda tem ótimos profissionais que gostam do que fazem quem cuida da beleza dela foi o Vinicius e ele foi super carinhoso com ela é toda vez que eu vi eles se beijando e fazendo carinho nela e deixando ela confortável então super indico o Lalacao são pessoas que realmente gostam do que faz super indico

Marquei horário as 14h para banho/tosa do meu cachorro, chegando lá no horário, o rapaz me informou que teria um pet na frente do meu, e ele ainda teria que aguardar o horário de almoço do funcionário. Me organizei, tinha compromisso por isso AGENDEI o horário, e não deixei meu pet, ele fica muito nervoso quando fica nessas gaiolas por isso sempre levo e busco, se fosse pra deixar ele aguardando eu não teria agendado. Achei uma falta de profissionalismo e respeito com o cliente.
