★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Dr Felipe é um amor, tratou minha cachorrinha muito bem e foi bem explicativo quanto os cuidados da castração, já a outra veterinária enrolou demais para começar o procedimento, tirando isso foi um bom atendimento. E os horários de atendimento estão errados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adotei uma cachorrinha aqui. Veio superlimpa, castrada e vacinada. Abre de segunda a segunda, caso vc precise de veterinario no final de semana.
I adopted a dog here. It came superclean, castrated and vaccinated. Open Monday to Monday if you need a vet on the weekend.

Deixei o bichinho 12 horas sem comer e beber água, quando cheguei, simplesmente haviam dito que o anestesista não havia acabado de ligar dizendo que não ia. Falta comprometimento, falta amor aos animais! Fora que todas as vezes que tento contato, nunca consigo. Péssimo. O local deveria fechar pq possuem péssimos profissionais.
Terrible attendance! I scheduled my dog for neutering. I left the pet for 12 hours without eating and drinking water, when I arrived, they had simply said that the anesthesiologist had not just called saying he was not going. Lack of commitment, lack of love for animals! Except that every time I try to contact, I never can. Terrible. The place should close because they have terrible professionals.

Minhas duas cachorrinhas foram pro banho e tosa as 10hs, e só ficaram prontas as 15:10, essa é a segunda vez que levo nesse pet, da primeira vez foi a mesma coisa, porém se desculparam ,dizendo que haviam tido um imprevisto, como imprevistos acontecem,eu desculpei e levei novamente...mas me arrependi!!!!
Pois as cachorras voltaram pra casa desesperadas,assustadas,com fome,sede etc... detalhes: ainda voltaram sem as guias...a qual até agora não entregaram!!!!?
Terrible service!! My two puppies went to the bath and groomed at 10 am, and were only ready at 3:10 pm, this is the second time I take this pet, the first time it was the same thing, but they apologized, saying they had an unforeseen event, like unforeseen events happen, I apologized and took it again...but I regretted it!!!!
Because the dogs returned home desperate, scared, hungry, thirsty etc... details: they still came back without the guides... which so far they haven't delivered!!!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei a minha gatinha para uma consulta de emergência. Gostei do atendimento da Vet, porém fiquei horrorizada com as demais!
A moça da tosa estava numa impaciência com um cachorro, a outra moça trazia os gatos que tinham sido castrados para pesar sem o menor cuidado, segurando-os pelo "colarinho".
Por fim, deram 2 injeções na minha gatinha de um jeito tão bruto que até eu me assustei e pior, tentaram me convencer de que era normal e(eu acreditei). Só me dei conta do quanto a experiência foi ruim, quando levei minha gatinha em outro Vet e ela amou, foi super boazinha e tomou as vacinas tranquilamente.
I took my kitten for an emergency consultation. I liked Vet's service, but I was horrified by the others!
The girl with the hair was impatient with a dog, the other girl brought the cats that had been neutered to weigh without the slightest care, holding them by the "collar".
Finally, they gave my kitten 2 injections in such a crude way that even I got scared and worse, tried to convince me that it was normal and (I believed). I just realized how bad the experience was, when I took my kitten in another Vet and she loved it, she was super nice and took the vaccines in peace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento e custo regular. Deveria melhorar. Estrelas a menos por que achei uma das veterinárias muito grosseira. A clínica tem bons profissionais, mas uma em especial me deixou bem irritada. Infelizmente não sei o nome da tal. Ela até faz um bom diagnóstico, mas não é atenciosa. Tem mão pesada pra aplicar vacina. Deixou um caroço enorme no local da aplicação. Minha cadelinha chorou muito, e ela não teve paciência pra acalmar a bichinha. A mesma vacina dada por outra veterinária ela ficou tranquila, não deu um pio, e não deixou caroço nenhum... só posso pensar que essa doutora deveria repensar a empatia dela com os animais.
Regular attendance and cost. It should improve. Less stars because I found one of the vets very rude. The clinic has good professionals, but one in particular made me very angry. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of that one. She even makes a good diagnosis, but is not caring. He has a heavy hand to apply the vaccine. It left a huge lump at the application site. My little dog cried a lot, and she didn't have the patience to calm the little thing. The same vaccine given by another veterinarian, she was calm, did not peep, and left no lump ... I can only think that this doctor should rethink her empathy with animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu gato para fazer uma castração no dia 20/07 e dentro do pacote estavam inclusos a castração, hemograma e um colar Elizabetano. Adquiri apenas a castração e o hemograma pois eu já tinha comprado o colar. Estou a 3 meses incansavelmente pedindo o hemograma do meu gato e sempre recebo a resposta de que vão me encaminhar por e-mail e isso nunca acontece. Tentei entrar em contato nos telefones que tenho acesso e aparentemente minhas ligações foram bloqueadas. Fora o descaso que tiveram comigo logo após 2 dias da castração. Como o gato passou por muito stress ele ficou irritado e começou a brigar com a minha outra gata, coisa que eles nunca fizeram. Tentei entrar em contato diversas vezes na clínica e ninguém me atendia. Só fui conseguir resposta na segunda-feira de manhã que o que ocorreu provavelmente foi porque ele sofreu stress e é normal. Eles não me deram nenhum aviso de que isso iria acontecer e não me ajudaram logo após o acontecimento.
Não recomendo a clínica. São pessoas despreparadas e que nunca sabem te dar uma resposta correta.
I took my cat for a spay on 07/20 and inside the package included spay, blood count and an Elizabethan collar. I only acquired the castration and the blood count because I had already bought the necklace. I have been 3 months tirelessly asking for my cat's blood count and I always get the answer that they will send me by email and it never happens. I tried to contact the phones I have access to and apparently my calls were blocked. Apart from the neglect they had with me just after 2 days of castration. As the cat went through a lot of stress he got angry and started fighting with my other cat, something they never did. I tried to get in touch several times at the clinic and no one answered. I only got an answer on Monday morning that what probably happened was because he suffered stress and is normal. They gave me no warning that this was going to happen and did not help me right after the event.
I don't recommend the clinic. They are unprepared people who never know how to give you a correct answer.

Usaram uma corda pra tentar prender a boca dela, não existia outra forma mais moderna.
A cachorrinha estava bem agitada, nós seguramos, acalmamos ela, mas ele pediu pra irmos passear com ela e voltar dps pra ver se ela se acalmava. Nao houve outras alternativas para conseguir atender a cachorrinha. No final fomos em outra clínica próxima, e a veterinária atendeu e conseguiu fazer tudo...
