★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento quanto as informações. Se não tem disponibilidade para atender telefone ou responder via wpp, faça o favor de não disponibilizá-los. Assim não faz ninguém de pateta. O atendimento se inicia no primeiro contato, no atendimento, e não só no profissional que vai realizar o procedimento estético em si.
Deem um posicionamento para o cliente e assim mostram que é uma empresa séria e cativam os clientes.
Poor service regarding information. If you are not available to answer the phone or respond via wpp, please do not make them available. So don't make anyone silly. The service begins in the first contact, in the service, and not only in the professional who will perform the aesthetic procedure itself.
Give a positioning to the customer and thus show that it is a serious company and captivate customers.

Sempre gostei do atendimento das turmas que foram passando ao longo desse tempo. Claro que há algumas profissionais (tanto do atendimento quanto fisioterapeutas) eram mais experientes e mais gentis que outras, mas acho que sempre foi havendo um aperfeiçoamento. Aliás o aperfeiçoamento tem que ocorrer sempre. Por fim, acho que é sempre importante observar que o atendimento da recepção tem quer ser com gentileza e atenção, pois estabelece o "astral" da casa, quer seja para que chegou pela primeira vez, que seja que já frequenta. Mas de forma geral, a turma é sempre muito legal! Grata pela oportunidade.
Hi ! I've been going to this establishment since 2015 (maybe even before a little), and I feel very good in this space. I always liked the service of the classes that passed along that time. Of course, there are some professionals (both from the service and physical therapists) who were more experienced and kinder than others, but I think there was always an improvement. In fact, improvement must always occur. Finally, I think it is always important to note that the reception service has to be with kindness and attention, as it establishes the "astral" of the house, whether it's for the first time, or that you already frequent. But in general, the group is always very nice! Thankful for the opportunity.
