Menina que atende o telefone, só pede desculpa e diz "meu deus", acho que até ela sabe que só Deus pra resolver mesmo.
Impressive how a company of this size behaves like an amateur, wrong phone number on the site, unprofessional service, in addition to absurd delays in delivery! Girl who answers the phone, just apologizes and says "my god", I think even she knows that only God can solve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefone do site não funciona. Entrega do produto foi paga a vista (5 mil unidades), foram entregues apenas 4 mil unidades com mais de um mês de atraso. Carla (vendedora) me informou que não daria para fabricar o restante. Solicitei o reembolso da parte faltante que não foi produzida. A mesma me informou prazos de pagamento que não foram cumpridos. Essa novela já está se arrastando há mais de dois meses. Me passaram o contato da Joyce (financeiro - (96493-6418)). O número não atende ligações, e ultimamente tem se encontrado desligado. Não respondem as msg. Não recomendo. Vou ter que tomar medidas judiciais para ter meu dinheiro de volta. Absurdo!
Website phone does not work. Delivery of the product was paid in cash (5 thousand units), only 4 thousand units were delivered more than a month late. Carla (saleswoman) informed me that it would not be possible to manufacture the rest. I requested a refund for the missing part that was not produced. The same informed me payment deadlines that were not met. This soap opera has been dragging on for over two months now. They gave me Joyce's contact (financial - (96493-6418)). The number does not answer calls, and lately it has been disconnected. They don't respond to messages. I do not recommend. I will have to take legal action to get my money back. Absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odeio ter que vir aqui falar isso, mas penso que é uma das únicas opções além de abrir um processo. Fiz uma compra em outubro do ano passado, paguei a vista. Não recebi meu pedido, não me estornaram o dinheiro até agora. Empresa extremamente desrespeitosa com o cliente. Me senti roubada, literalmente. Tentei diversas vezes ligar, conversar, comprei com a vendedora Carla, que já não sabia nem como lidar com a situação. Entendo que provavelmente ela nem seja culpada de tanta desorganização, mas infelizmente é isso. Uma vergonha.
I hate to come here and say this, but I think it's one of the only options besides filing a lawsuit. I made a purchase in October last year, paid cash. I haven't received my order, they haven't refunded my money until now. The company is extremely disrespectful to the customer. I felt robbed, literally. I tried several times to call, talk, I bought with the saleswoman Carla, who no longer even knew how to deal with the situation. I understand that she's probably not even guilty of so much disorganization, but unfortunately that's it. A shame.

Sigo a meses, com muito desgaste, tentando receber a mercadoria pela qual paguei mas até agora, sem sucesso. Recebo prazos que são continuamente descumpridos e até o momento não tenho nem a segurança de que conseguirei receber o que me foi prometido. O pedido já foi faturado, com NF gerada, e até o momento nada da mercadoria ser enviada ou qualquer retorno confiável de quando o será. Muito descaso, falta de respeito e transparência com os clientes.
I placed an order with the company beginning of December/2021 and so far I have not received the goods. I've been trying to get the goods I paid for for months, with a lot of wear and tear, but so far, without success. I receive deadlines that are continually missed and so far I am not even sure that I will be able to receive what I was promised. The order has already been invoiced, with invoice generated, and so far, no goods have been shipped or any reliable return on when it will be. A lot of neglect, lack of respect and transparency with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha, quem quiser ver meu perfil pode notar que quase nunca dou notas ruins para os serviços/estabelecimentos. Mas uma empresa que me faz esperar meses a mais que o combinado, faz entrega incompleta e não consegue acertar nem um simples frete dentro do prazo merece um feedback.
Não recomendo, espero que melhorem mas deixo um aviso para quem pretende contratar: boa sorte.
Passei raiva repetidas vezes porque erraram o atendimento em todos os aspectos possíveis. Nunca vi nada parecido.
Dei nota 2, mas considerem que a 2 estrela foi brinde por pena. Porque é o que eu senti no final das contas. Eventualmente irão acabar fechando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensei muito antes de vir aqui escrever essa mensagem mas ao ver mais problemas como o meu vi que era o certo. Espero que com tantas reclamações a empresa honre com o que deve. Fiz meu pedido em set/2021 com prazo de entrega para 30 dias. Paguei 50% do valor e até hoje, SEIS meses depois, nada da mercadoria ou do estorno do valor. Tento contato, mando mensagem e nada de retorno. Nunca pensei que passaria por isso. Escrevo aqui com tristeza, porque tenho meu negócio e sei que as empresas passam por dificuldades, mas eles poderiam ser transparentes, verdadeiros e responderem as solicitações.
I thought a lot before coming here to write this message but when I saw more problems like mine I saw that it was right. I hope that with so many complaints the company honors what it should. I placed my order in Sep/2021 with a delivery time of 30 days. I paid 50% of the amount and until today, SIX months later, nothing of the goods or the refund of the amount. I try to contact, send a message and no response. I never thought I would go through this. I write here with sadness, because I have my business and I know that companies go through difficulties, but they could be transparent, truthful and respond to requests.
