Minha empresa é cadastrada na SICES, mas há dias venho lutando para comprar e não consigo atendimento para orienta como fazer auto financiamento em 12.
Fui orientado a preencher uma ficha, mas na ficha pede um código e não sei onde encontrar.
A Equipe não orienta ao telefone, somente via sistema e as respostas incompletas.
Lousy customer service. It seems that the company has no interest in selling.
My company is registered with SICES, but for days I have been struggling to buy and I can't get assistance to guide how to do self-financing in 12.
I was instructed to fill in a form, but the form asks for a code and I don't know where to find it.
The Team does not provide guidance over the phone, only via the system and incomplete answers.

Sem dúvidas estão caminhando para uma das piores fornecedoras de solução de geração de energia solar, não pelos produtos mas sim pelo atendimento. Uma pena, somos clientes desde o inicio das operações no Brasil, quando Leonardo ainda em 2012-13 me recebeu na primeira sede da empresa, e o atendimento era de outro nível!
Sices, a total disrespect with the customer! The lack of attention and customer service is so irresponsible. No doubt they are heading to one of the worst suppliers of solar energy generation solution, not for the products but for the service. A pity, we have been clients since the beginning of operations in Brazil, when Leonardo still in 2012-13 received me in the first headquarters of the company, and the service was of another level!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É bom, até você precisar do atendimento ou do pós venda deles! Passei mais de 2 meses esperando uma entrega e só consegui resolver quando abri uma reclamação no site RECLAMEAQUI. Agora estou com um pedido que foi entregue e veio faltando 1 item, simplesmente já faz 10 dias e ainda não foi resolvido! Demora para responderem e quando respondem não são objetivos e determinados a resolver o seu problema. Parece que estou lhe dando com uma instituição pública!
It's good, until you need their service or after sales! I spent more than 2 months waiting for a delivery and I was only able to resolve it when I opened a complaint on the RECLAMEAQUI website. Now I have an order that was delivered and 1 item was missing, it's just been 10 days and it hasn't been solved yet! It takes time to respond and when they respond they are not objective and determined to solve your problem. It looks like I'm giving it to a public institution!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após 3 anos usando o produto que comprei deles estou mudando de opinião e positivando meu review, não tive nenhum problema operacional com os produtos que eu comprei e isso é fundamental vender produtos de qualidade.
Apesar do problema no faturamento que tive, uma demora excessiva de uma semana para ser emitida a nota do meu produto com pagamento a vista. Espero que tenham melhorado.

After 3 years using the product I bought from them I am changing my opinion and making my review positive, I had no operational problems with the products I bought and it is essential to sell quality products.
Despite the problem in billing I had, an excessive delay of one week to be issued the note of my product with payment in cash. I hope they have improved.
