★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive o desprazer de "trabalhar" por 3 dias neste local. Ocorre que a esmalteria submete as manicures que lá prestam serviços a uma rotina indigna e degradante. Visando somente o próprio lucro, o estabelecimento contrata mais manicures que o necessário para atender sua ínfima clientela e, sendo assim, ninguém consegue arrecadar uma quantia decente no fim do mês, visto que todo material, com exceção dos descartáveis, são de responsabilidade das manicures. Além disso, e o pior de tudo, é que, com uma jornada de 8 horas de trabalho, não existe horário definido para o almoço. As meninas nunca sabem ao certo quando poderão se alimentar, pois o almoço só acontece por volta das 15/16h quando não há mais nenhuma cliente a ser atendida na parte da tarde, uma vez que não existe um local para alimentação e é necessário fechar a porta para o almoço. Sendo assim, como a contratação é por MEI e porque certamente a maioria das manicures além de precisar trabalhar para garantir seu próprio sustento e de suas famílias , não conhecem seus direitos, a esmalteria se aproveita de tal situação e submete suas funcionárias a uma situação degradante, incompatível com as leis trabalhistas e, inclusive, com o princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana que é uma previsão constitucional. Você, cliente, está contribuindo para este absurdo. Tenho pena de quem depende de trabalhar neste lugar.

The girls never know for sure when they will be able to eat, as lunch only happens around 15 / 16h when there are no more customers to be served in the afternoon, since there is no place for food and it is necessary to close the door for lunch. Therefore, as the hiring is by MEI and because most of the manicurists, in addition to needing to work to ensure their own livelihood and that of their families, do not know their rights, nail polish takes advantage of this situation and submits its employees to a degrading situation. , incompatible with labor laws and even with the principle of human dignity, which is a constitutional provision. You, the customer, are contributing to this absurdity. I feel sorry for anyone who depends on working in this place.

Estive no salão na sexta às 19hs pra fazer pé e mão! A profissional fez a minha unha super mal feita, manchou minha mão, parece que estava com má vontade de me atender...
Meu pé eu pedi pra nem mexer muito, pois já tinha visto o Estado que ficou minha mão, e não queria que o pé ficasse assim... Pois bem! Ele ficou enfiando um palito nos cantos da minha unha, e eu já tinha pedido pra não mexer... (Machucou meu pé com palito)...
Estou com o dedo inflamado por conta disso.
Não vi em momento nenhum o alicate ser retirado de nenhum saquinho, tal como palito e a lixa de unha.
Sinceramente não volto mais! Sai super insatisfeita e com a unha parecendo que foi apenas pintada! Sem contar a dor nos dedos dos corte feitos.??
