Além do fato de ficarem todas em cima de vc no provador dizendo como vc está o máximo com tal roupa. Cansativo! Desnecessário!
They push you a card saying that you have 10% on the first purchase, but each invoice is charged and you are not warned. I parceled the clothes and paid more tx q the discount offered. Besides the fact that they are all on top of you in the dressing room, telling you how great you are with such clothes. Tiring! Unnecessary!

O chato é insistirem na compra de outras peças, oferecerem cartão da loja bem como pedir CPF para cadastro. Não são todas as pessoas que se sentem à vontade. Isso também faz com que o tempo de permanência na loja seja maior que o desejado. Pesando os prós e contras, vale à pena a compra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma calça com valor considerável e ao chegar em casa a mesma estava manchada. Lamentável para uma loja como a Zinzane. Tive que retornar no dia seguinte um domingo para realizar a devolução e solicitar o estorno do valor.
I bought a pair of pants with considerable value and when I got home they were stained. Sad for a store like Zinzane. I had to return the next day a Sunday to make the return and request a refund of the amount.
