Pedi um serviço simples, desmontar os braços do meu sofá para colocar dentro de casa. E não foi preciso desmontar.
Cobraram assim mesmo, e não colocaram o forro de baixo do sofá que eles despregaram.
Várias tentativa de ligação e não atendem.
Falaram que iam arrumar e nada.
Lousy service, they don't answer the phone.
I asked for a simple service, to disassemble the arms of my sofa to put inside the house. And there was no need to dismantle.
They charged anyway, and did not put the lining under the sofa that they unfolded.

O sofá ficou todo torto.e deformado.liguei pra reclamar e solicitei que refizesse o serviço.., até hoje ele não deu retorno. Péssimo atendimento e péssimo serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, não recomento a ninguém, estava com problema no pé do meu sofá, porém o sofá estava com desfiados por conta da minha gata, o Marcos convenceu a trocar estofado pois ficaria como novo e prometeu reforçar os pés. O sofá foi entregue duas semanas depois com pé quebrado serviço mau feito. O estofado trocado porém mudaram posição do braço do sofá. Ele me deixou uns dias esperando pra vir resolver e quando veio levou o sofá até o momento passaram mais de duas semanas ele não entregou sofá. Cada hora uma desculpa, enfim não recomento só transtorno por um serviço que já foi pago e não entregue. Aguardando a entrega que não foi feita.

The sofa was delivered two weeks later with broken foot badly done. The upholstery changed but the armrest of the sofa changed position. An excuse every hour, in short, I don't just recommend inconvenience for a service that has already been paid for and not delivered. Waiting for delivery that was not made.
