Recebi o estofado. Infelizmente o resultado não foi o esperado... O prazo combinado não foi cumprido e o sofá chegou com muitas falhas a serem corrigidas. Acredito que o Sr. Clinton irá resolver. Mas não sei se darei sequência com outros trabalhos que faria com esta empresa.

I received the upholstery. Unfortunately the result was not expected ... The agreed deadline was not met and the sofa arrived with many flaws to be fixed. I believe Mr. Clinton will solve it. But I don't know if I will continue with other work I would do with this company.

Empresa PÉSSIMA e sem a menor qualificação técnica para restauração de móveis!!
Confiei a restauração de uma cristaleira antiga. O prazo inicial era de 20 dias. Entregaram com exatos dois meses após a contratação. Coincidentemente na data de entrada do último cheque. Acabamento em verniz horroroso, sem falar que os espelhos originais da cristaleira não foram entregues. No lugar dos espelhos colocaram vidros!! Claro!! Vidro é bem mais barato! Assim que vi a cristalaeira, entrei em contato com o suposto profisional e fui informada por ele que nada poderia fazer, pois o trabalho dele já estava finalizado!! Não tem a menor preocupação com a satisfação do cliente.
Acabaram com meu móvel, pois uma cristaleira em peroba do campo foi tonalizada com verniz tonificante preto!!! Meus Deus!! Nunca vi trabalho tão ruim!!! Corram desta empresa se não quiserem passar pelo desgosto e raiva que estou passando agora!!

Lousy company and without the slightest technical qualification for furniture restoration !!
I entrusted the restoration of an old cabinet. The initial deadline was 20 days. They delivered exactly two months after hiring. Coincidentally on the date of entry of the last check. Horrible varnish finish, not to mention that the original mirrors of the cabinet were not delivered. In place of the mirrors they put glasses !! Of course!! Glass is much cheaper! As soon as I saw the cristalaeira, I contacted the alleged professional and was informed by him that he could do nothing, because his work was already finished !! It has no concern for customer satisfaction.
They put an end to my furniture, because a crystal in peroba from the countryside was toned with black toning varnish !!! My God!! I've never seen such a bad job !!! Run from this company if you don't want to go through the heartbreak and anger I'm going through now !!
