★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na moral... Sempre fiz pedidos na Burnets nunca tive queixa mas pqp NUNCA MAIS... Pedi uma lasanha de presunto e molho rosé, além de ter vindo de carne moída, tinha mais Óleo do que lazanla... Pqp 35 conto, antes tivesse comprado uma da Sadia ... Tirei até fotos ...
 In the moral ... I always made requests in Burnets never had complaint but pqp NEVER MORE ... I ordered a lasagna of ham and rosé sauce, besides having come from ground meat, it had more Oil than lazanla ... Pqp 35 tale, before I bought one from Sadia ... I even took photos ...

Certamente foi um equivoco, não dou 5 estrelas porque houve alguns atrasos na programação de algumas entregas, mas nada que desmereça o excelente trabalhado e a qualidade dos produtos.
The service is good. The pizzas are very good and we buy often.
Certainly it was a mistake, I do not give 5 stars because there were some delays in scheduling some deliveries, but nothing that would detract from the excellent workmanship and the quality of the products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu já comi muita pizza ruim por aí mas foi a primeira vez que comi uma pizza que estava fria e queimada ao mesmo tempo,queimada a ponto de partes da borda estarem incomiveis de tão amarga ,detalhe que eu moro a poucos quarteirões da rua iria e ainda conseguiram me entregar uma pizza fria. Liguei para reclamar mas já estava próximo ao horário de encerramento e nao fui atendido. 61 reais por uma pizza ruim de 8 pedaços está muito fora da realidade ,com certeza existem opções mais em conta . Não peço mais
I've had a lot of bad pizza out there but it was the first time I had a pizza that was cold and burned at the same time, burnt to the point where parts of the edge were inedible for being bitter, detail that I live a few blocks from the street would go and they even managed to deliver me a cold pizza. I called to complain but it was close to closing time and I was not answered. 61 reais for a bad 8-piece pizza is very unrealistic, there are certainly more affordable options. I don't ask anymore

Mais de uma hora para fazer a entrega e, ao entrar em contato telefônico para saber uma previsão, escutei uma discussão entre funcionários. Degradante! Pelo visto (comentários), o atraso é uma situação bastante comum por aí.
Terrible! I have been a customer for years and definitely this unit does not act in a way consistent with the history of the pizzeria. More than an hour to make the delivery and, when contacting by phone for a forecast, I overheard a discussion between employees. Degrading! Apparently (comments), the delay is a very common situation out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza Burnet's atende pelo sistema Delivery, não dispõe de atendimento no estabelecimento. Há anos sou cliente deles. Embora forneçam outros pratos, somente peço pizza e estou satisfeito. Você pode ligar e pedir, que a entrega geralmente é rápida. O Custo-benefício é ótimo. As pizzas são de ótima qualidade (saborosas) e a cobertura é bastante farta. Sugiro a Pizza à Moda. No último atendimento telefônico, infelizmente, me pediram para esperar, me esqueceram na linha até desligar. Tive que ligar outras 2 vezes e esperar muito tempo na linha, enquanto os funcionários batiam papo e gritavam muito alto entre si. E eu esperando... até ser atendido. Espero que corrijam isso e melhorem o atendimento telefônico, senão mudarei de fornecedor.
Pizza Burnet's serves the delivery system, there is no on-site service. I've been their client for years. Although they provide other dishes, I only order pizza and I'm satisfied. You can call and ask, that delivery is usually quick. The cost-benefit is great. The pizzas are top quality (tasty) and the topping is quite filling. I suggest the Pizza to Fashion. At the last phone call, unfortunately, I was asked to wait, they forgot me on the line until I hung up. I had to call 2 more times and wait a long time on the line, while the staff chatted and shouted loudly. And I was waiting ... until I was taken care of. I hope you correct this and improve the telephone service, otherwise I will change supplier.
