★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz minhas poltronas com eles e em menos de 3 meses elas estão com o estofado todo amassado como se fosse antiga, paguei pra eles colocarem mais espuma no meu sofá, o sofá ficou fundo na parte de trás e alto na frente não ficou 100%, e tinha uma costura pequena no meu sofá eles nem ligaram de reparar sendo que pedi. Mandei várias msgs no watts deles mas nunca respondem, liguei tmb várias vezes eles falam que vem resolver mais não aparecem!! Não recomendo, deixam a gente na mão pegam o pagamento e somem!! Muito insatisfeita!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Lucas nos atendeu muito bem, fizemos um orçamento e ele retirou os assentos e as poltronas em agosto/2020. Em outubro /2020 nos entregou o que prometeu. O trabalho é de qualidade, ele precisa melhorar o feedback e prazo com os clientes. No mais estamos muito satisfeitos. Tenho certeza que no próximo trabalho que ele realizar para nós, vou dar 5 estrelas com louvor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles reformaram um sofá que estava em péssimas condições, mas a gente gostava muito do modelo. Ficou excelente. Eles são muito atenciosos e caprichosos. Tiveram muito cuidado em fazer exatamente o que pedimos nos detalhes do estofado. E o preço foi bem justo. Ficamos bem satisfeitos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Detestei apesar da ótima indicação que tive, contratei para reforma de sofá 3 lugares retrátil e reclinável e 2 poltronas em Abril/21, me entregou o sofá em Maio/21 antes dos dias das mães, mas infelizmente com péssimo, mais péssimo acabamento, como a entrega foi a noite e confiante na indicação não me atendei para maior atenção no serviço , no dia seguinte vi qual mal feito tinha sido feito, desde costura desfazendo, como imenda de tecidos, rasgos de tecidos ao invés de dar acabamento deixou aparente, não embala o sofá então entregou sujo porque veio em cima de caminhonete pequena, e até hj não me entregou as poltronas , nas vezes que me respondeu disse que levaria o sofá de novo para refazer o serviço e até hj nada, resumindo: estou com o sofá mal feito, sem minhas poltronas, e também sem as almofadas prometidas como brinde, então Estofados Villela não cumpriu comigo até agora o que foi prometido. Estou super decepcionada, e quero minhas poltronas de volta!!!

I'm so disappointed, and I want my seats back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No passado já contratei o profissional Lucas Oliveira, dono da empresa, para a reforma de 2 poltronas, apesar do trabalho muito bem feito, tive dificuldades de comunicação e atraso. Em Setembro/2021 o contratei novamente para a reforma de dois sofás que não consigo atendimento para a entrega que está atrasada - mesmo entrando em contato e vendo que ele está online Via Whatsapp, este não retorna, assim como não atende ao telefone. Em conclusão: o trabalho é muito bem feito, porém há falta de compromisso com a entrega e respeito aos clientes na falta de retorno de atendimento.

Contratei a reforma de uma sofá, apenas do estofamento, nem sequer estrutural, atrasou 45 dias, não responde mensagen, não atende telefone, um MENTIROSO MAL CARÁTER, fez um serviço medíocre e ainda tive a "sorte " de conseguir de volta porque fui resgatar, com meu próprio carro o sofá na "loja" -, um porão nojento. Observem que há casos ainda mais graves, como do amigo Evandro, postado em 2021. Foi a pior prestação de serviços que já contratei na vida! Picareta asqueroso.
NEVER EVER HIRE THIS GARBAGE THAT CANNOT BE CALLED A COMPANY! I was silly and didn't read the reviews before. I hired the renovation of a sofa, only the upholstery, not even structural, it took 45 days, doesn't respond to messages, doesn't answer the phone, a BAD CHARACTER LIAR, did a mediocre service and I still had the "lucky" to get it back because I went to rescue , with my own car the sofa in the "shop" -, a disgusting basement.
