★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como mecânicos profissionais são muito bons , porém o atendimento é pessimo , simpatia zero , vc esta pagando o serviço e parece q está atrapalhando , vc se sente mal em ter levado seu veículo lá....são coisas q afastam a gente dos próximos serviços neste lugar .
A estrutura para atender um cliente de forma decente não existe e isso é muito importante tbm ...pq clientes como eu q gosta de ser no mínimo tratado de forma justa evitam próximos serviços lá, isso sem contar outros amigos q conheço e q reclamam tbm ....uma água potável decente , uma sala para sentar ,um banheiro limpo...essas coisas básicas pelo menos deveriam funcionar ....
As professional mechanics are very good, but the service is terrible, zero friendliness, you are paying for the service and it seems to be disturbing, you feel bad about having taken your vehicle there .... these are things that keep us away from the next services. in this place .
The structure to serve a customer in a decent way does not exist and this is very important too ... because customers like me who like to be treated at least fairly avoid upcoming services there, not to mention other friends I know and who complain too. ... a decent drinking water, a sitting room, a clean bathroom ... those basic things should at least work ...
