Comprei as flores por volta das 10h, e às 16h, tendo ido à loja para conferir se haviam sido entregues (em endereço bem próximo da loja), recebi uma resposta negativa. O proprietário me garantiu que seriam enviadas dentro de meia hora. Passado esse tempo, liguei para saber se havia sido efetivada a entrega, e ele disse que estava a caminho. Falei da minha insatisfação com o serviço e fui taxada de intransigente, tendo ele desligado o telefone na minha cara, sem antes me brindar com um belo palavrão! Ao final, as flores foram entregues, mas a decepção foi grande!

I spoke of my dissatisfaction with the service and was branded as intransigent, as he hung up the phone in my face, without first giving me a nice expletive! In the end, the flowers were delivered, but the disappointment was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O proprietário que é quem atende, um idoso (o qual usa vários nomes diferentes José, João, Ubirajara etc) quase me atropelou e eu sendo morador de barão sabia quem era, quando fui até a loja para tirar satisfação ele tentou vir para cima de mim, consegui conte-lo e ele tentou se justificar falando que estava andando lento e que deu seta, quando viu que não colaria disse que a seta estava queimada na maior tranquilidade como se isso fosse culpa minha, fez ameaças etc, um senhor perturbado no mínimo para não dizer louco, o melhor a se fazer é evitar a loja e ele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem nada que não tenha a pronta entrega. O Sr. João nos vendeu um jogo de cadeiras e uma mesa. Faz 3 meses que estamos esperando a entrega das cadeiras corretas. O Sr. João sempre me dá uma nova data para a entrega e nunca a faz. Além disso, já nos deixou esperando diversas vezes, sem avisar que a entrega não se concretizaria. Quando liguei hoje (31/01/20), cobrando uma posição, este senhor foi extremamente grosseiro comigo.

O senhor (que parece ser o proprietário) mudou o preço de dois arranjos no momento do pagamento e ainda brigou com a atendente que trabalha lá. No curto período em que estive lá, notei ele mudando o preço para outros clientes também. Por esta razão, pretendo evitar o local.
