nao demonstra simpatia nenhuma no tratamento do cliente ,é constrangedor as vezes devemos sempre que sair de casa deixar os problemas pois ninguem tem nada haver com eles ..a loja em se é otima sou cliente a anos mais nao é a primeira vez q acontece de ver a atendente com má vontade e arrogância no falar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a mais de 30 minutos tentando ligar na loja e ningurm atende. Ganhei uma bota ontem de aniversário, coloquei no pé usei nem 20 minutos e a bota ja descosturou na lateral. Estou tentando ligar na loja pra saber sobre a troca é ninguém atende. Alguém sabe número que atendam ??
I've been trying to call the store for over 30 minutes and no one answers. I got a boot yesterday for my birthday, I put it on my foot, I didn't even use it for 20 minutes, and the boot has already come apart on the side. Estiver na loja hoje por volta de uma 16:00h e quando entrei na loja fui abordada por uma funcionária que agora não recordo o nome , porém mesmo ela não dando a atenção que nos precisava no atendimento prometi pra ela que qualquer chamaria ela! Meu esposo começou a escolher a jaqueta, porém ele tinha pegado o tamanho errado, quando fui chamar a moça que estava nos atendendendo apareceu outra com nome de JAQUELINE muito ml educada roubando a comissão da própria colega de trabalho mesmo eu explicando que a outra já estava nos atendendendo ainda fez eu discutir com meu esposo, essa Jaqueline tem que aprender a ter educação na frente do ou público.
Terrible experience! I was in the store today at around 4:00 pm and when I entered the store I was approached by an employee who now I don't remember her name, but even though she didn't give us the attention we needed in the service, I promised her that anyone would call her! My husband started to choose the jacket, but he had taken the wrong size, when I went to call the girl who was serving us, another girl named JAQUELINE appeared, very polite, stealing her co-worker's commission even though I explained that the other was already Attending us even made me argue with my husband, this Jaqueline has to learn to be polite in front of the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes eu gostava da loja. Mas o tanto de vendedores IMPORTUNANDO os clientes é absurdo. Não se pode entrar na loja que já vem um. E se fosse só um, tudo bem. Mas hoje SETE vendedores me pararam na loja. Acho que poderiam ao menos entrar em um consenso e ficar cada um em uma parte da loja pra que isso não ocorra. A pior de todas é uma tal de Elisângela. Certo dia precisei de um sapato no estoque e a mesma só tinha entregado o cartão e desaparecido. Estão contratando vendedores, mas ao meu ver tem vendedores DEMAIS pra uma loja tão pequena.
Before, I liked the store. But the amount of sellers harassing customers is absurd. You can't enter the store when one comes already. And if it was just one, fine. But today SEVEN salespeople stopped me at the store. I think they could at least reach a consensus and each person stay in a part of the store so that this doesn't happen. The worst of all is one Elisângela. One day I needed a shoe in stock and she had just handed over the card and disappeared. They are hiring sellers, but in my opinion there are TOO MANY sellers for such a small store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nesta loja ontem, 13/11/2021, e achei o atendimento péssimo! Teve uma vendedora que me entregou um cartão com seu nome dizendo que estaria por perto, porém eu precisei confirmar o preço do que havia escolhido e ela não estava por perto, a procurei pela loja e não encontrei, precisei perguntar para um rapaz que não foi quem me atendeu. Ainda assim, realizei a compra e não vi mais a vendedora. É muito fácil a vendedora entregar o cartão, ir atender outras pessoas, não prestar o atendimento devido e ainda ganhar comissão sobre uma venda que ela não teve o mínimo de atenção e de trabalho para finalizar. Eu sou de São Paulo e ontem foi a primeira vez fui à essa loja, mas não voltarei e nem indicarei.
I was in this store yesterday, 11/13/2021, and I thought the service was terrible! There was a salesperson who handed me a card with her name saying she would be nearby, but I needed to confirm the price of what I had chosen and she was not around, I looked for her in the store and couldn't find it, I needed to ask a guy who didn't go who attended me. Still, I made the purchase and didn't see the seller anymore. It is very easy for the salesperson to hand over the card, go to other people, not provide the proper service and still earn commission on a sale that she did not have the least attention and work to complete. I'm from São Paulo and yesterday was the first time I went to this store, but I won't go back and I won't recommend it.
