★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima equipe. Vendedores que ficam brigando entre si para não ter que atender quem entra na loja se este não tiver um perfil "adequado". Felizmente na mesma avenida existem outras lojas de carro com equipes melhor capacitadas.
 Terrible team. Salespeople who are fighting each other so they don't have to serve whoever enters the store if they don't have an "adequate" profile. Fortunately, on the same avenue there are other car stores with better trained staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O vendedor não informa os principais problemas do carro por telefone e ainda afirma que está tudo bem com o veículo. Ao chegar na loja diz que se atualizou e só descobriu, naquele momento, problemas graves num veículo que já está há um ano anunciado. Técnica usada para tentar o convencimento pessoalmente e, dessa forma faz o cliente perder a caminhada. Não gostei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente, equipe super paciente, procura entender o lado do cliente, porém me venderam bomba, sem garantia, alegando estar em bom estado motor e caixa, caixa ok agora motor e os gastos que tive foram altos, me informaram que o carro era todo original e nunca tinha sido rebaixado, chegando no Detran descubro que o carro já havia rebaixado, constou no documento, deveria ter me atentado melhores as informações antes de comprar o veículo, mas por ser uma empresa "de renome" comprei com confiança, mas agiram de má fé, principalmente pelo valor de venda do veículo. Outro detalhe me entregaram o carro sem gasolina nem pra sair da loja, acabou no próprio estacionamento eu tive que ir andando no posto com um galão pra tirar o carro do pátio deles.
Excellent service, super patient team, trying to understand the client's side, but they sold me a pump, without warranty, claiming to be in good engine and box condition, the engine is ok now and the expenses I had were high, they informed me that the car was all original and had never been downgraded, arriving at Detran I discover that the car had already downgraded, it was in the document, I should have looked better at the information before buying the vehicle, but as it is a "renowned" company, I bought it with confidence, but they acted in bad faith, mainly due to the sale value of the vehicle. Another detail gave me the car without gas even to leave the store, it ended up in the parking lot itself, I had to walk to the gas station with a gallon to get the car out of their yard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência como pior compra que já fiz,carro apresentou defeitos no primeiro dia que comprei, motor e Caixa de marchas,levei 2 vezes para reparos e só fizeram paliativo no carro,em fim carro parou na rua com problemas de cabeçote entrei em contato e nada fizeram,tive que arcar do meu bolso quando mostrei o serviço que tinha cido feito a disseram que fiz fora de suas oficina e não quiseram arcar e logo em seguida a caixa de marcha veio a dar defeitos, arrumaram mas disse que tinha excedidos as quilometrage da garantia pois tinha apenas 2 meses que tinha comprado o carro ,pois o mesmo já havia avisados desde o começo quando comprei o carro ... não indico a ninguém quem comprar,averiguar direito pra não ter a mesma mal sorte que tiver...fica a dica.....
Bad experience as the worst purchase I've ever made, car had defects on the first day I bought it, engine and gearbox, I took it 2 times for repairs and they only made palliatives on the car, in the end the car stopped on the street with head problems I got in touch and They didn't do anything, I had to pay for it out of my pocket when I showed the service I had done and they said I did it outside their workshop and they didn't want to pay and soon after the gearbox came to malfunction, they fixed it but said I had exceeded the mileage of the warranty because I had only bought the car for 2 months, as it had already been warned from the beginning when I bought the car... here's a tip.....

O atendimento inicial realmente enche os olhos. Porém uma venda e atendimentos bem feitos não se baseiam em um só ponto. O atendimento inicial é importante, porém o pós-venda é quem fideliza ou não o cliente. A satisfação do cliente não deve ser baseada somente no atendimento, mas também na qualidade do produto. Há cerda de um ano compramos um automóvel na Estrela, por indicação de uma pessoa de nossa confiança. Entretanto, foi a pior escolha que poderíamos fazer. Nos primeiros meses, ainda na garantira, o nosso carro apresentou um defeito, a princípio simples, voltamos e deixamos o carro na agência e pedimos, encarecidamente, que fizessem um check-up no carro caso encontrassem algum defeito estaríamos dispostos até a trocar e comprar outro, ainda que o preço fosse um pouco acima. Então pegamos o carro crentes de que não daria mais problema. Ledo engano! Alguns meses depois o carro apresentou um defeito muito mais complexo e 5x mais caro. Voltamos à agência e eles não queriam resolver pois diziam não estar mais na garantia. Depois de muito custo, e muito bate boca, decidiram arrumar e nos garantiram que o defeito não era o que as outras oficinas tinham encontrado, que estavam todos errados. O defeito, pela boca deles, era simples e que depois de feita as trocas do que era necessário não voltaria a acusar esse problema. Hoje, após um ano, o carro deu exatamente o mesmo defeito, e quando fomos ao mecânico, ele nos informou que o que eles fizeram (a agência) foi trocar duas peças e apagar o erro de forma que quando passasse o computador -raster- ele não acusaria pelo menos nos primeiros meses após o tal "conserto". Ou sejam, nos enganaram da forma mais desonesta possível, pior que não foi só uma vez. Além desse absurdo o atendimento, quando vc retorna à loja, para algum conserto, é completamente diferente do quê quando formos realizar a compra. NUNCA MAIS passaremos sequer na porta da agência além de não indicar pra ninguém, nem amigos nem conhecidos, nem ninguém. Estamos indo hoje procurar outro carro, iremos em outra agência. Perderam um cliente que certamente voltaria muitas outras vezes, uma vez que nossa intenção é trocar de carro uma vez ao ano. DECEPCIONANTE ! CUIDADO, NÃO CAIAM NO PAPO E PASSEM LONGE. MAIOR DECEPÇÃO QUE PODERÍAMOS TER COM AGÊNCIA DE AUTOMÓVEIS.

The initial service is important, but the after-sales is what makes the customer loyal or not. Customer satisfaction should not only be based on service, but also on product quality. About a year ago we bought a car at Estrela, on the recommendation of a person we trust. However, it was the worst choice we could have made. In the first months, still under warranty, our car had a defect, at first simple, we went back and left the car at the agency and asked, warmly, that they do a check-up on the car if they found any defect we would even be willing to exchange and buy another, even if the price was a little higher. So we took the car believing that it wouldn't be a problem anymore. Big mistake! A few months later the car presented a much more complex defect and 5x more expensive. We went back to the agency and they didn't want to solve it because they said it was no longer under warranty. After a lot of effort, and a lot of talk, they decided to fix it and assured us that the defect was not what the other workshops had found, that they were all wrong. The defect, according to them, was simple and that after making the necessary changes, they would not complain about this problem again. Today, after a year, the car had exactly the same defect, and when we went to the mechanic, he informed us that what they did (the agency) was to change two parts and erase the error so that when the computer passed -raster- he wouldn't accuse at least in the first few months after the "fix". In other words, they deceived us in the most dishonest way possible, worse than it was just once. In addition to this absurdity, the service, when you return to the store, for some repair, is completely different than when we make the purchase. We will NEVER go through the agency's door again, besides not recommending it to anyone, neither friends nor acquaintances, nor anyone else. We are going today to look for another car, we will go to another agency. They lost a customer who would certainly return many more times, since our intention is to change cars once a year. DISAPPOINTING ! BEWARE, DON'T FALL INTO THE CHAT AND PASS AWAY. BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT WE COULD HAVE WITH A CAR AGENCY.
